Welcome to our apartment in Montesilvano, just a few minutes' walk from the sea! 🌊 A comfortable and well-maintained space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the coast. The apartment is bright, cosy and thought out down to the last detail; it is perfect for a couple or a family with 1–2 children. The location is one of the main advantages: you can walk to the sea in a few minutes, and there are cafés, restaurants and shops nearby. We look forward to welcoming you and will always be available if you need anything.

Spend a fantastic vacation by the sea, in a spacious two-room apartment equipped with every comfort, with a balcony from which you can see the sea that accompanies the entire two-room apartment, which can be accessed from every room. You can fully experience the sea, which is very close, and spend your days here thanks to the beach service that includes: an umbrella, sunbed and deckchair. Everything is included in the rate of the stay. We also have a reserved parking space inside the condominium.
