Air-conditioned and comfortable, it is located on the beach and close to restaurants, bars and amenities. Ideal for families and groups who want to enjoy the sea without using a car. The listing is located on the second floor with no elevator.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
