Holiday rentals with a patio in Silverleaves

We stayed at Claires apartment during Easter break, instruction to access the property was very clear. It was amazingly sweet that Claire and team have prepared milk, bottled water, Easter eggs and hot cross buns, very much appreciated! The kitchen and living room is spacious with all essentials supplied, one feedback as shared with Claire is to replace the kettle. The ensuite is spacious with balcony, though recommend the cleaning/maintenance of bedding supplies to be updated in future. Bathroom was tidy with enough supplies for two nights. The property overall is in a great location, very easy to access the surrounding for grocery, shopping and dine out.

The photos don’t do this beautiful apartment justice! Absolutely gorgeous place with beautiful bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. We were gobsmacked when we arrived as wasn’t expecting it to be so big and luxurious! It was a great location right next to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. We will 1000% be back.

Michelle is the best hostess I've come across in a long while. The kitchen was well equipped, even down to a box of bandaids! Everything was so comfortable and the location is great for everything you want to do on the Penninsula. We'll definitely return. Thank you!

Janette’s beautiful beach front property was fresh, clean and had the most amazing view of the beach and sunset! We had no trouble finding the house and getting in with wary and quick communication with our host and had all the necessary amenities for our 3 night trip. This property is very well designed and was a perfect retreat for my partner and I’s anniversary. The bed was super comfy and bathroom was a great size! We also loved the covered outdoor seating and overall style of the property. We recommend this property to all parties of two!

This home was an absolute gem peaceful, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed with high-quality touches throughout. From the luxurious bed and crisp linens to the plush couch and spotless bathroom, every detail made the stay feel indulgent and comfortable. One thing that really stood out was the water pressure strong enough to actually wash your hair, which is surprisingly rare in most Airbnbs. And unlike many places, there were no leaks or awkward plumbing quirks in the shower just clean, functional design. The host was warm, responsive, and genuinely accommodating, making the experience feel seamless from start to finish. This place is a perfect escape for couples looking to unwind in comfort and style. I’ll absolutely be coming back 5 stars, hands down.

Me and my friends had a great stay at Victors place! It was super cosy and had everything we needed. We stayed in most of the time and cooked / ate together which we enjoyed a lot. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Overall would highly recommend!

beautiful house for perfect family getaway. kids loved pool/theatre room. adults loved sauna. fireplace nice and homely with lots of wood supplied. short drive to shops/restaurants. would definitely return.

My family and I had an amazing time at this place! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need close by. The amenities are top-notch, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a restaurant, and much more. This was hands down the *best Airbnb* we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The property is **beautifully maintained** and **fully equipped** with everything we could possibly need – the kitchen had all the essentials (and more!), the living spaces were cozy, and the bedrooms were incredibly comfortable. Our kids absolutely *loved it here* – they haven’t stopped talking about the stay since we left! The space was so family-friendly, safe, and had plenty of room for them to play. Cosy place to spend the long weekend. Perfect space for my little family. Had everything we needed and was clean and nicely styled. The sheets and towels were super luxe, kitchen well stocked (plenty of pods for the coffee machine!) and the garden was fun to explore. Surroundings are peaceful and close to the beach, koala park and Phillip Island. I recommend Euro Eats in Grantville for some delicious Greek food, and Bassine Cheeses is worth a visit too. Hope to be back soon!

Our first family holiday to Phillip Island was made that much more comfortable staying in such a homely accommodation! everything was clean, cosy and easily accessible. Amanda was so lovely and helpful, very responsive and kind. thank you for offering such a wonderful place to stay, it definitely felt like home away from home and will definitely be returning on our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Brydie’s place is amazing! It’s clean, new and easy to find. Brydie’s instructions were very clear. She is always just a message away. The place is close to Coles and that is a bonus for us. This is a place I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Phillip Island!
