When I requested an extra night, Andrea arranged for me to stay in the breathtaking penthouse apartment, complete with exclusive access to the rooftop oasis and its sparkling swimming pool—a true urban retreat! Nestled alongside the serene Virrey Park in Bogotá’s most coveted neighborhood, the location is simply unbeatable, offering both tranquility and proximity to the city’s finest attractions.

Clean and beautifully appointed apartment. It has a great location with a wonderful empanada stand across the street that all the students go to, and we loved it. Also, an Oxxo market was a block away, open 24/7, with all the essentials and great coffee. The apartment was near all the downtown attractions, and we could easily walk to meet all our needs. It does get a little chilly at night, and Tatiana graciously provided a heater that took the chill out of the apartment on those nights.

From the beginning we had very good communication. The apartment is divine, very clean, in good condition, and fully equipped. Everything you need to spend a relaxing time with all the comforts. Upon arrival, I was surprised with nice touches for my birthday, as well as several types of amenities available. The jacuzzi is wonderful, they included a bath pump, salts and oil; plenty of towels available in the jacuzzi and bathroom. The kitchen with all the necessary implements, you can find tea, coffee, aromatics, salt, sugar, sauces, etc. The hosts are always very attentive to my questions, very kind. Although the location is quite north of Bogotá, it is a place worth going to, to rest, enjoy, since it has very good sound insulation and indoor temperature without the need for heating. I totally recommend it.

Good location, very friendly concierge

We truly enjoyed our time at the apartment. Having 3 bathrooms was so awesome to speed up getting ready. The location is perfect. Unicentro is just a quick walk and lots to do around in the same vicinity. The recommended transportation, really worked out for transfers to and from the airport with a trusted person. We really appreciated the goodies that were available to us upon arrival, especially since my husband came down sick. This is a great safe place to stay!

Top notch apartment on top floor in a safe and clean gated complex. Sadly I could only stay one evening but if available would certainly return as it’s an excellent, well furnished and appointed unit.

Ivan's place is very comfortable and well located, it has an excellent view of nature, the complex is very organized and has excellent common areas, highly recommended for family visits, the water park is wonderful. Using the air conditioners with the card at first can be confusing but then there is no problem. 100% recommended

Truly has to be one of the best places to stay in the city. Super close to everything , space makes you feels like your at home , clean and super easy access to everything in the building. Gym and terrace has an amazing view of the city while you work out or just wanna relax on the terrace. Not to mention Mauricio was an amazing host and would always respond within seconds when contacted. Will be my first choice in the city for future stays in Bogota for sure !

Nice, cozy, summer house. As described. Comfortable rooms. Plenty of space for all to socialize. Nice small pool to cool down from the hot days. Pool needs some small repairs in the tiles. AC in the rooms was very helpful, especially for the elderly and kids. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very safe condominium, with available sit down restaurant and grab and go fast food places within the condominium. Beware that the money you pay to enter the condominium gives you zero access to common pool or sport areas (tennis, soccer, etc), just think of it as a fee for the inside security. The place is very serene and peaceful. Thank you for hosting us. Lovely place.

The house is just like the photos, it is spotless and like new. She had everything we needed for our stay and more. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. The set is quiet and the pool was almost alone all weekend. Elena was an excellent host and was always on the lookout. We'll be back.

Myself and two work friends stayed with Pilar while attending a conference in Bogota. The house was clean, comfy and conveniently close to the conference centre. Thank you Pilar for being so accomodating and responsive, and for having us.

A wonderful stay! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos, everything is impeccable and very well cared for. The wet areas were our favourite place, the pool is warm. On the same property, there is a small farm with animals that can be visited. The rooms are comfortable, there is a BBQ area, private parking and everything within walking distance of Bogotá. We thank Top Spot for the excellent service, especially Mr. Alvaro, the girl who gave us the house and the caretaker who was always attentive. We were even able to hire a trusted person to help with cleaning and food. We loved it so much, we even paid to stay longer than we had originally planned. We'll definitely be back!
