The house is pleasant, well maintained, well equipped, and the rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 7-8 guests. We were looking for a place to gather as a family, we found a little piece of heaven in Le Perche. Large house full of character and charm, “chic flea market” atmosphere with its antique furniture, which does not take away from its comfort and its many facilitating amenities. Not to mention the vast “carpet” of greenery in front of the house, where venerable cherry and apple trees race for the most beautiful flowering. The place is so harmonious and quiet that we wonder if the only occupants around are not the birds. In the end, you don't know where you can feel better: inside or outside. To conclude, special mention to Thierry, the owner of the place: ultra responsive, accommodating and surely tour guide in another life. Thanks to his advice, we discovered local gems that we would never have found alone. In short, 4 perfect days. We highly recommend (unless you make noise – there, the birds may give you a spell😄).

Our hosts were very welcoming, available and attentive if needed. They did their best for good communication despite learning French in development. Their property gives way to a totally private stay for their visiting hosts, our three nights spent were in complete privacy without even worrying about their presence in the neighborhood (none overlooked). the facilities are such that we do not have to cross paths, even for a wooden refill. attentive and friends of animals, we were very pleasantly welcomed in this very beautiful quiet residence, in full autonomy. Great home that I would highly recommend. Thanks again for offering this property.

We loved our stay at Michel's place. It was a beautiful place, had everything we needed, was clean, quiet and secure. The deco was thoughtful and full of character. There was loads of space for four of us. we enjoyed the views of the canal and the town. Thank you for having us.

Cozy, clean and quiet place . Perfect location to discover the Mancelles Alps. To visit Fresnay / Sarthe , St Léonard des bois , St Cénéri le Gerei and the hikes from these sites .
