Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sigulda Parish

Mājīga, tīra un ļoti ērta māja. Guļamistaba lieliska. Turaidas muzejrezervāts un visa tuvākā apkārtne neapšaubāmi skaista, jo tik neraksturīga plakanajai Latvijai. Ir, kur iet un ko redzēt. Feini, ka divās pusēs īpašums robežojās ar pļavu un ka pilna sēta ābeļu, bumbieru, upeņkrūmu, nevis tūju. Neliels mīnuss klusummīļiem kā es - samērā dzīva netālā šoseja, īpaši jau pirmsjāņu laikā.

Tikām ļoti sirsnīgi uzņemti, istaba ir mājīga un omulīga, tieši tāda, kā aprakstīts – tīra, ērta un labi aprīkota. Jana bija ļoti viesmīlīga un atsaucīga, atbildēja uz visiem jautājumiem un deva noderīgus padomus par apkārtni. Noteikti iesaku šo naktsmītni citiem ceļotājiem!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay. The design of the house is thought through to the smallest detail, and the vast territory was perfect for our dog. The barbecue and fire pit added coziness to our evenings. Despite the presence of one neighboring house, we barely noticed the other guests. The host, Mareks, was exceptionally attentive and friendly. All in all, this is a wonderful place to relax, which we highly recommend.

I give 5 out of 5. The location is very peaceful and surrounded by nature. We could hear birds in the morning and enjoy fresh air. It was perfect for relaxing. My kids really loved the garden and small playground area. They run around safely and had so much fun. The house is very clean and everything is well prepared. Kitchen had everything we need for cooking. Towels, bed, toilet — all very clean and comfortable. The host is very kind and always answer fast when we have questions. He gave us many helpful tips about local places and things to do. We feel very welcome. This place is really good for family trip. We want to come again in the future. Thank you so much!

Very nice and clean house, close to local shops. Very clean, big kitchen well equiped. You get rapidly unaware of the trains noise but be aware if you have very youg kids or baby.

We had a wonderful stay with Kaspars, Agita and family. The apartment is a short walk from the train station and very easy to walk and bus to local attractions. The apartment is clean and is full of additional features for the guest’s convenience. We were given some food supplies on our arrival. The family was very hospitable and made us feel very welcome in their home. Highly recommended.

This house was great. We stayed with a group of 5 and everyone loved the house. Beautiful house, great kitchen, and nice yard. Be aware it is an extra cost to use the hot tub and sauna.

We had a very nice stay at Nick and Sylvia's place. Just sorry we had no time to stay longer.

Amazing place. Spotless clean,7 minutes walking from Sigulda's train/ bus station. Quiet neighbourhood. Equipped with everything you need. Relaxing apartment. Authentic like being back in time attending 90ies. Dace was very quick to respond. Thank you for beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was cosy, very clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout. We especially appreciated the warm welcome with some lovely refreshments – fresh fruits and a bottle of wine were such a thoughtful touch. Really enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Nachdem wir die letzten vier Tage in Städten verbracht hatten, hatten wir Sehnsucht nach ländlicher Ruhe und Weite. Genau das haben wir bei Marika und Gerry gefunden. Ein lettisches Landhaus, mitten auf der grünen Wiese mit sehr netten und hilfreichen Gastgebern. Auch den Austausch mit den beiden haben wir genossen, was ja selbst bei Airbnb leider immer seltener der Fall ist. Für uns ist das nach wie vor ein Grund für Airbnb in Abgrenzung zu Hotels oder Bed and Breakfast. Alles in allem haben wir zwei sehr erholsame Tage gehabt, mit Unternehmungen in der Umgebung, die wir mit dem Fahrrad erkundet haben. Highlights waren das Baden im Matinusee und der spontane Besuch in der KUSSH-Brauerei mit feinem Bier, Dartwerfen und Tischfussball.

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful and cozy apartment. It was spotless clean , spacious and contained everything what we needed for our stay . It’s situated 10-15 min walk from train and bus station so very convenient to get to Riga or elsewhere. Groceries shop Elvi is over the street . Check in is very easy as host gave very clear instructions before check in. Thank you, Kristaps !

Agita(owner) is a wonderful responsive and friendly person. The apartments are located in a new building. Provision store/"small supermarket" (name "Beta")within walking distance (about 10 minutes walk). Sigulda Castle - 30 minutes walk.

The apartment was small and cozy, and it was a great deal for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place. Quiet, easy parking, up one storey. Host even provided an awesome home made jam (we ate almost the whole jar in 3 days/2 nights!!! I may have popped the leftover jam into a container to eat later it was that good!

Ļoti jauka un mājīga vieta, jutāmies kā mājās. Kristīne ir superīgs hosts, bija sasniedzama, uzreiz saņēmām atbildes uz interesējošiem jautājumiem, sajūta kā komunicējot ar draudzeni, ļoti sirsnīgi un jauki. Pati lokācija arī ir laba, pat ar kājām var aiziet visur, kur nepieciešams, kā arī skats pa logu bija fantastisks. Paldies!

Mājīga vieta netālu no Līgatnes centra. Papildus atmosfēru piešķīra arī krāsniņa, kura namiņu piesildīja ļoti ātri. Ļoti atsaucīgi saimnieki.

Ļoti skaista vieta, kur pavadīt brīvdienas. Fantastisks dzivoklis ar visu nepieciešamo. Ja atgriezīšos uz vēl kādu nedēļas nogali, tad noteikti izvēlēšos šo vietu atkārtoti!

The place was very comfortable perfect for a couple stay. The surrounding nature gives a great opportunity for evening and morning walks. It also has a nearby store for regular groceries, but it is comparatively expensive. The public stores like Lidl, Rimi, Maxima are unfortunately little far from the place. The only thing we had to compromise was that It’s a at distance from city centre and you have to take Nordeka, a private company bus, to go to Riga and it only works till 11 PM. So if you plan to go to city and see old town night life then you have to have your own transport or taxi.
