Beautiful and charming HOUSE in the heart of the ALBAICIN with dreamy views that the photos do not do justice. Two floors, two bathrooms, patio and spectacular private terrace, with the best views of the Alhambra. Authentic guest-only VIEWPOINT. A hall with a century-old cave. The warm design living room is very comfortable and cozy. The master bedroom is very bright. Three large windows with a cozy and unique bathroom. The parking lot is outside the accommodation.

Cozy house with pool and garden to the Alhambra

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Spectacular tourist house with private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, spacious living room and garage. Located in an exclusive and safe urban area, family friendly. Only 10 min by car from Downtown and the Alhambra. Located at the foot of Sierra Nevada National Park, just 30 minutes away from the ski resort and 50 minutes from the coast. Currently, new housing works are being completed in front of the property, which could cause some inconvenience.

Very luminous independent accommodation, warm in winter and cool in the summer due to its thick walls. It consists of bedroom, bathroom, dining kitchen and private outdoor terrace, plus a large shared outdoor space. With spectacular sunsets and views of the village and mountains. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 m. Access is through some narrow, steep street, just like the village. We live on the plants upstairs, without that being intimidated by them.
