Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sierra de los Padres

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and practical. The location is very good, half a block from the sea. Close to businesses and places to eat. The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Everything was just like the description and photos. The heating was perfect. We had cameras where we could see the car at the door of the building. David was very kind. He was waiting for us when we arrived and was always very attentive to messages. He offered to let us stay a few more hours. It was a very satisfying stay

It's the most equipped airbnb I could have stayed in. We were 2 people and we were perfect, in addition that Valeria was always super proactive when communicating, responding and giving us all the facilities for check-in and check-out. If we go back to Mardel this will be a must :)

Came here all the way from the USA for a quick 7 day stay had. Small grocery store right in front of the building so everything I needed was there had the gym all to my self most nights. If I ever need a quick stay Fernando will be the one I speak too!

Daniela and Martin's house is even nicer than the pictures. Everything is perfect, the park, the heated pool, amenities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. The house is beautiful inside with furniture, books and everything thought out in detail. It's super-equipped, especially the kitchen. Communication was smooth and Daniela took care to give us a hand when we needed something. Definitely deserves to be a star host and a guest favorite. Agustin's accommodation is ideal. It is located in an excellent location, in the center, close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Despite being in the center of the city it is very quiet. At night you can rest excellently. It is fully equipped and super comfortable. Your host has been on the lookout for anything we may need. We would definitely come back. Recommended!

Marian is an excellent host! Also, the apartment has the best views I saw in Mardel of all the listings I was in. The area is a 10, steps from Varese, steps from Cabo Corrientes, from Playa Chica. A few blocks from Alem for dinner and for access to markets. Enjoy these days a lot, and I would definitely come back!

Semipiso located above Alem, one block from the Sheraton of Playa Grande. Super spacious. You can park up to a van in the garage. The radiant slab works perfectly. The living room faces the ocean. The rooms have an incredible view of the entire city from the 15th floor.

Such a great apartment! It was perfect for family of 5 for a 2 week stay. Very spacious with a beautiful high end kitchen and a patio and terrace with a view of the lovely plaza Mitre My children loved being right next to plaza, there is so much for kids to do there! Walkable in a wonderful area with lots of great restaurants nearby as well as good proximity to the beach. The building staff were always friendly and helpful and the host is very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for an amazing stay!
