A 10-minute walk from the Cathedral, the Giralda, the Torre del Oro, the Reales Alcázares and the imposing Guadalquivir River. Private terrace on the main floor, private terrace on the duplex floor and large solarium terrace shared with two other apartments on the 3rd floor. Lots of light and little noise!

The market is a few meters away, where you can taste all kinds of fresh products of the day. Bars, taverns, and wineries surround the area, where you can enjoy classic Sevillian tapas.

On the ground floor there is an open plan living room and dining room with an open kitchen, from there you reach the patio where there is a swimming pool (not private) and a large outdoor space with deckchairs. On the second floor there is an independent double bedroom and an open space with two beds and a desk, plus a complete bathroom. Exquisitely furnished.
