Lovely apartment in a good location and it was great being able to see and hear the sea while sitting on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning. As others have said you do really need a car to get around although the bus stops on the main road and is easy enough to get about on and cheap enough.

Wonderful and welcoming house especially if you go with children, everything in perfect condition and everything is very clean, I will return

This was our 3rd stay at Mars place and we enjoyed our stay again!

We enjoyed a great time in this well kept and comfortable apartment. Very comfortable bed, with nice bed linen and good quality fluffy towels. We had sole use of the pool and deck area, with sun loungers, seating and parasol shade. Beautiful, quiet location with stunning backdrop of mountains and Mojacar village. Long stretches of beach with easy parking the whole way along the coast. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops, everything you could want for a really lovely stay in this stunning town.

We stayed at Sam's apartment for four weeks. The terrace is huge, with wonderful views of the sea in one direction and surrounded by hills behind the property. The apartment is very comfortably furnished, and well equipped for a longer stay such as ours. I would have no hesitation in booking this property again!

Wonderful, incredibly well looked-after and well-designed apartment. Super-fresh kitchen and bathroom, the best smart TV that we've ever had at an AirBnB and fabulous, private outside space with both sunny and shaded areas. The location - effectively at the end of a no-through-road, is brilliant: 5 minute walk to some terrific bars and restaurants and yet very quiet at night whilst we were there. Romaine could not have been more helpful - she is a really outstanding host

our stay was perfect and the involvement from Steffano so that it was 10, he had the detail to provide us with a cot, high chair, and even a bathtub for my young son, he let us in before the scheduled time so that my children could eat more comfortably and on the day of departure he also let us leave later so that we could rest better since we had a long trip to Barcelona, his apartment is super cozy from the 1 minute you feel at home without mentioning the taste that he gives breakfast on the terrace looking out to the sea, the area could not be better since you had both restaurant and supermarkets and the beach next door. no doubt 100% recommended both the host and his apartment, thanks for everything Steffano gives taste !! We hope to come back soon 😃😃

The stay was fantastic and they were attentive to us at all times, a 10 the experience.

As we entered on January 1, Felipe was a little confused at the time of sending the information of the accommodation. But then he was always very friendly and always willing to help and get interested in everything

Hot water was running out after some time, but it was easily enough for shower and dishwashing. Everything else has as perfect!

We were comfortable with a comfortable place, Thank you very much!

Very happy with Manuel's place. Both he and his wife were very nice to us, they gave us directions to nearby places to visit and were attentive to us. Our dogs were also very comfortable as there is plenty of room to enjoy. Highly recommended! 😁

The house has everything you need and was very clean. Cazorla is a beautiful town I had been to long ago and I loved coming back

Raúl’s place was first class for our stay in Guadix, a lovely, historic Andalusian town. The apartment was Immaculately presented, top class facilities, very friendly and efficient service. In an excellent location, all sights and facilities a stroll away but quiet at night. We also took the bus just a 5 minutes ride to Purullena, lots more cave houses and a superb cave house museum. Recommended for a stay in this remarkable area.

This is a neat and tidy 1 bed accommodation with a large roof terrace which is amazing depending on if and who is using the adjoining property then privacy can be an issue for some. The pool is amazing and it’s in a great location with shops bars and restaurants( of which there is a wide range)all within a short walking distance and Garrucha town is just a Km walk along a lovely promenade where are more seafood restaurants and the excellent Mercadona Supermarket. Adrian is an exceptional host he responds very quickly to any issues that may arise and his advice and recommendations are spot on. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice Airbnb! Everything as described and in the photos. We enjoyed very much in a nice place with a nice garden. Also well suited for a long stay (for the two of us). Nice location close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Ana is a nice host, very welcoming and easy to reach. We definitely recommend it.

The house is perfect for spending a few days skiing. They allow animals that are essential to me. The apartment is the same as the pictures and has a garage. Guillermo is super attentive.

Everything is perfect and the area is a wonder to rest without the noise of Granada but being inside it. Very good communication, you can leave the car at the door of the house and move by bus or Uber for more reasonable prices than a parking. Highly recommended.

One of the best places to stay in Vera. The house is just as seen in the photos or even better and the development is super quiet and with little noise, in addition to being practically next to Vera Playa. With Rosa and her husband the unbeatable communication, for anything they responded very quickly and even provided us with a pdf with information about the house interest, places in the area, taxi numbers and so on. I would definitely repeat.

Everything is fine, a quiet place that matches the photos and description, the perfect stay to enjoy the beach and get to know the area.

Location was perfect! Literally walking distance from the train station (easy walk even with the luggage and a baby stroller). There is also a large park, two supermarkets and restaurants around the building. We didn’t have to travel far for all the basic amenities. Even attractions were also very near. Buses that go to the Albaicín and Alhambra, or you could walk. Some of the days during our stay, the roads were closed due to Holy Week, however we could still walk conveniently to the Alcaiceria with no fuss. The apartment itself has everything you need for a stay even more than just a few days. The kitchen has enough pots, pans, plates and utensils to do the cooking. The host was there to welcome us for the checkin and explained everything. Additionally with small touches around the house that really made the stay really lovely - such as a hair dryer for both rooms, drying rack for laundry, guide books about granada/spain and things for a shower.

The apartment is exactly as in the photos,was easy to find and walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants.We had a car and visited many places along the coast and up to Mojácar Peublo.Jesus gave us some lovely places to visit,we couldn’t use the swimming pool as it’s out of season but that looked nice. Absolutely no complaints from us.Thanks very much.

We stayed during very hot and windy days. We enjoyed the super modern fans without even turning on the air conditioning, which is still efficient and proportionate to the size of the apartment. We enjoyed having 2 bathrooms and the smart TV. Comfortable beds. We ate on the balcony at sunset. Very nice. And finally we enjoyed the pool when the sea was rough. Finally, we went to Monsul in just over an hour. Very special place, it was worth it. We were really happy!
