Great visit, very close to lake and town. Great back yard for pets and relaxing. Very quiet neighborhood. House had everything you would need.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in T or C. The location was within walking distance to the downtown area and all the springs. There was intentional thought put into this space. Very comfortable. The full kitchen was great to cook our own meals in. Great water pressure and hot water in the house. I would recommend this to a friend, 100%. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

WOW!! You walk through the gate a few steps from the road, and you see water. You slightly turn the corner and see a beautiful patio area and the Rio Grande River. Absolutely amazing view! You can sit in the sunroom and watch the river. We enjoyed waving to the people in tubes riding down the river right in front of us! The patio has lights so you can stay out as late as you’d like. We enjoyed the grill, and the coffee post provided. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The host was possibly the friendliest host I’ve dealt with. We very much hope to be able to stay again!

The decor was a beautiful blend of modern and cozy, making it feel like a true home. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely patio for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The hosts provided thoughtful touches, like a welcome basket of local treats, and shared great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations with its beauty, hospitality, and ideal location. I can't wait to return!

From the moment we arrived, everything about this AirBnB exceeded our expectations. The place was clean, beautifully decorated and well appointed—extra towels, toiletries, soaps, comfy beds & pillows, coffee and bottled water, local guides, dog beds and even a soaking tub! The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. The check-in process was seamless and the neighborhood was quiet, safe and close to the lake, where we spent most of our time. One of our favorite parts was the open floor plan and chef’s kitchen, also board games and kids toys galore, beach items and towels, which all made our days so easy and fun. We honestly didn’t want to leave! Highly, highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much!

NAN Ranch was just the weekend getaway our family needed. We wanted remote and private and that’s what we got! We enjoyed a day trip to Silver City to shop, dine, and even caught the local Blues Festival! One day was spent by the pool/hot tub and we came home so refreshed! We would definitely return!

This is an extraordinary property. The Chauffeur's residence is roomy and quiet with a big kitchen and table for dining. The ranch location is an easy drive from Silver City and even closer to the Faywood Hot Springs. But, the thing that really sets this place apart for us is the enormous land holdings that are accessible to folks staying at the ranch (a high clearance vehicle is needed to visit these areas). We spent a day exploring the ranch with our dogs. It was a wonderful way to decompress, spend time with friends (who were also staying at the ranch) and take in the incredible vistas and landscape. Truly extraordinary. Would love to come back.

Incredible place for a getaway with friends or family! The pool and grounds are great for socializing and relaxing, the ranch offers endless outdoor exploring opportunities. The suite was comfortable and clean. The listing is accurate in that you don't have a full kitchen, but there's a big grill right outside and we brought our camp stove for eggs in the morning.

Becky was a welcoming and kind host. She treated me like an old friend. Because her hot tub was under repair, she went out of her way to find other options for me to to soak. A great experience.

What a wonderful gem! I know this one will be booked for a long time. Spacious area. Very clean. The owner made sure we were well taken care of. You can tell he wants to provide the best experience for his guests.

Alan was very responsive by text and lives nearby as well. He was on-site daily. He has a museum cabinet with artifacts from the property and gave us an informative history briefing on the area. This is a desert area but he has created a bird sanctuary at the house. There are several kinds of birds around - quail, crows, doves We did have an appliance problem but he gave us a $100 refund and fixed it at the earliest opportunity. I feel he's doing a professional job as host.

We recently stayed at Kelly’s place as we were spending the weekend at the lake. The location was just perfect, the home was clean, we appreciated the gated yard for when we needed to store a trailer overnight. There was a jar of homemade salsa to greet us, which was delicious! Would definitely stay there again!

Thoughtfully decorated & stocked with the basic necessities. BYO shampoo/soap. Very close to Elephant Butte lake and great to be next to the river. Beds were comfortable. Had everything my lil family needed.

Our family was very pleased with this place. We have all adult kids now, so we definitely need the room. Plenty of towels and linens. The porch is absolutely beautiful. We stayed out there chatting and taking in the view. Easy access to the lake.
