Had a wonderful experience in this apartment! It's exactly like on the photos, very clean and well laid out, The place is located in a quiet area, everything being close to all amenities necessary, making the stay very nice. Mariem, the host, is really exceptional. She is very kind and responsive, quickly replies to all my messages Plus, it allowed me to come early from the check-In to, which was a very gesture appreciated. A big thank you to Mariem for her hospitality and for making my stay so nice. Highly recommend this apartment, it's a real haven of peace!

Mohamed is a attentive host, he has detailed everything for us and the handling of the smart home was easy . The location was great for us and everything we needed was nearby. We recommend the apartment and the host.

beautiful place, very modern and well connected. the area is very quiet and just 5 minutes from sidi bou said and marsa la plage. i highly recommend it since for a family of 4/5 people it can be a perfect solution, also given the presence of two bathrooms (one a service room) eric was very helpful and this is definitely a plus. thanks again!

home close to the cathedral 5min walk , souk and bab al bahr. close to everything and restaurant etc. the balcony is great for resting and enjoying the nice weather. Filippo is great . (off-topic but there is a very nice tea bar on the ground floor but beware of the asking price differed from those displayed)

I've enjoyed my stay here very much. The location is great , it's very easy to walk to the old city and there are lots of cafes and shops around but the best was the host. Muhammad was always quick to respond and happy to help in any way he could.

I stayed at Nabil's place for two weeks, and it was just as described: clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking, all in good condition. The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the center of La Marsa and other places in Tunis, with some minimarkets and cafes nearby, but it is also a neighborhood in La Marsa that is still developing. Nabil is very helpful and always available for any questions. Overall, a very good place to stay.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at this apartment! Everything is spotless, especially thanks to the maid who does a remarkable job. The space is well-equipped, nothing is missing to feel at home. When I needed anything the host Mohammed was always there promptly. The apartment was very clean and equipped with necessary household items. The balcony was nice and the view as well

I had a wonderful stay at Amina’s flat! She was extremely quick to respond to any questions and always willing to offer support whenever needed. The flat itself is in a fantastic location, very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Amina’s hospitality truly made a difference — she made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

Amir is friendly and very responsive. The listing is as advertised. It can accommodate a maximum of two people; ideally one. Perfectly located in La Marsa: 200 m from the sea and the Zéphyr shopping center where you can find everything.

Very very nice design apartment with everything you need, ideal for couples. Quiet area, not very close to main city center attractions (but taxi will get you there easily), but closer to Sidi Bou Said, Carthage, Marsa. Supermarkets and money exchange are close, you can get there by foot. Definitely recommended, especially for travellers that intend to rent cars.

We had a great stay, really nothing to say except that the hot tub didn't work but that's okay, we can still take a bath lol The place where the apartment is located and close to the corniche, Sidi Bou Said, 10 minutes from Tunis center by taxi The host was extremely responsive. Really nothing to say at the slightest problem, he responded and fixed the problem, the apartment is super great good.
