Very nice apartment, located in the city centre facing the park, surrounded by restaurants, cafe, exchange agency just next to the building. the beach not far from the residence, security with 24/7 guard. Beautiful, well-appointed, clean and bright space, with a responsive host at all times. Aziz, has provided a menu card for the café, a restaurant located on the ground floor, which will allow you to order your breakfast, which will be served directly to the apartment The entrance with a door with a digital handle and external camera that allows you to see the person at the door. Open plan kitchen, fully equipped. The living room has a table and 4 chairs, with a beautiful large corner sofa, air conditioning in case of hot weather. A furnished balcony. A bedroom with a large bed, large dressing room, mirror, a dressing table, white sheets and towels, clean shower room. I highly recommend this apartment . A big thank you to AZIZ.

Amazing looking apartment with nice extras that make a stay in Casa really great. There is a secure undergroup parking with dedicated parking spot. The wifi in the apartment is stable and fast, good for remote work. There is a big TV with active netflix for the airbnb and also other apps. The kitchen is stocked with all things you need to cook. Balconys are very nice. Washing machine works well. Host is kind and responds quickly.

Mostapha and Karim are among the best hosts I've ever met! A high-class VIP welcome, but with simplicity and kindness. Mostapha is very caring, hyper-attentive, and we feel that he does everything to make the stay pleasant. Mine was perfect, because the apartment is a concentration of comfort, and even luxury. Nothing has been forgotten, and this attention to detail shows that we have really thought about the visitor. The apartment is just the right size, and the space has been perfectly optimised. The high-speed connection is ideal for working remotely. Perfect for one person, the apartment will also delight couples, who may want to "cocoon" more than visit the city, as it is so comfortable. Everything is super clean and the equipment is very complete. For outings, the street is very lively until the small hours, but if the noise bothers you, the double glazing quickly brings calm. Alex is such a warm, friendly host!! The apartment is extremely exquisite decorated in an artdeco way! You feel like living in an artistic environment! Exactly the same as the photos even better more stunning! The little terrace ia also cute with a stylish bathtub. Location is also in the city center very convenient. Alex responds fast and real helpful all the time, helping us sorting all issues. Io will definitely recommend this apartment whenever im back to Casablanca

Great beachfront spot in Casablanca! Stayed at this cozy apartment right by the beach, and it was perfect for a chill getaway. Super close to the ocean - less than 1 min walk - and there’s even a surf school nearby if you’re into that. The place itself was really clean, nicely decorated, and had everything one would need. The host was super friendly and quick to respond, which made things easy. Awesome location if you want to be near the water but still close to restaurants and cafes. Would definitely stay here again!

It was great place in great location with great condition with great host

The apartment is located in a upscale neighborhood (the marina). It was very safe with guards that were never visible yet were always there to help in case they were needed. Parking was very accessible and private. The apartment was tastefully decorated and climate control was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Bouskoura! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and so comfortable—perfect for a family. My family absolutely loved it and felt right at home. The neighborhood was peaceful, and everything we needed was nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and cozy place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a very comfortable condo with a fantastic view of the ocean and mosque! The host was great to communicate with and met us at check in to ensure we were able to get in and feel at home. They helped in providing local recommendations and arranged our airport transfer on checkout day. I highly recommend this place for location, comfort and a safe area!

Thank you for a wonderful 2 week stay. Beautiful home, easy walking access to supermarket, bakery and pharmacy. Apartment has everything you need, super clean and tidy and offer for cleaning service during your stay. Hamza is an accommodating host and Brahim the concierge was so helpful and made us feel at home from arrival.
