Family-friendly holiday rentals in Siderno

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. The communication with the landlord was quick and easy.

Everything is amazing about this house. The view, swimming pool, summer kitchen, TV room, many bedrooms and many things more. It is very comfortable and you can spend the whole day in the house not going anywhere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would love to spend nice holidays with their family. It is located in Coccorino village in Calabria region. You definitely need a car there. Beaches are nice around, we liked more the one in Tropea which I think is the nicest town around (about 30 min drive). After visiting all towns in the area we ended up going only to Tropea for the evening dinner, walking around and to the beach during the day. Other towns are maybe more boring and in Coccorino itself there is nothing to do at all. We also visited Sicily it not that far, the only problems with ferries, it is very confusing as everything else in Italy we ended up waiting in line to ferry (San Giovanni-Messina) to Sicily for almost two hours. Maybe there is another way to get there. In the whole I liked staying in this region even more than staying later in Amalfi coast, especially for the family vacation.

We had a great stay. The location to the sea was perfect and the apartment was very clean and spacious. It's just a pity that the train tracks are right in front of the building, so it got noisy from time to time. However, you have to expect this throughout Calabria, because unfortunately the train tracks run along the sea everywhere. In Bova Marina itself, unfortunately there is little going on and not much to do, so you always had to drive the car. For day trips you usually have to drive very far. I think it's better to be there in summer with many beach days. However, Giuseppe could be reached at any time and gave us many tips and advice and was able to get us a rental car at a cheaper price (than the one you can find on the internet).

The rental is large and well-equipped, outdoor shower is appreciated. The rooms are spacious. The accommodation is very clean. Note, it can be very hot in the accommodation. Domenico is very helpful and pleasant. We had a great 3-week vacation. Car needed. Beautiful beaches.

Great welcome. The welcome drink was really very nice. Rita Stella and her husband are really charming and welcoming hosts. The accommodation is clean, functional and quiet. The central location allowed us to go to the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea, as well as to Reggio Calabria.

The villa is nice with a beautiful and large garden and is equipped with everything you need both in the kitchen and in the garden (equipped for barbecue). In the residence there is a pool surrounded by greenery, clean and cared for. The house is practically 1 km from Tropea, there are supermarkets of all kinds within a few kilometers. Only painful note, for those who sleep lightly, being attached to the village next door, at 11:00 pm the animation music starts until 1:00 am. There are beautiful beaches and places to visit, I recommend trying the granita of Parghelia village near Tropea and the restaurant "Mare Grande" in Tropea, where they prepare the Tropean fileja and a great fish. A few km away is the characteristic village of Pizzo Calabro where you can see beautiful sunsets and enjoy the famous truffle.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was in perfect condition, with all the comforts we could ask for,(e.g. air conditioning in all the rooms, swimming pool 30 meters far from the apartment, plenty of parking spaces, quite and private residence, kitchen clean and well furnished,....) The patio was also the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views. We would definitely recommend this house for a relaxing vacation with all the comfort.

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Aine's apartment is a two-story two-family villa located in a quiet complex near Tropea. Always cool even in the heat of summer days thanks to the natural ventilation of the place and, if necessary, the help of air conditioning. The area sheltered from traffic, and from the noise of the streets busy by tourists, the green is always very well cared for, the nice discretion of the neighbors always very thoughtful, the pool where the guys could have fun and socialize made our stay very pleasant. The sea and the picturesque splendor of the beaches of the Gods coast have done the rest making our vacation unforgettable. Thanks Aine, we will definitely be back!

Fulvias appartment house was very nice, clean and wonderful cared for. Fulvia with her family were wonderful hosts, proactive, gave us a lot of tips and even some nice local foods to try. The whole area is 100% cared for by the whole family. Area was very calm and relaxing.
