Ryan is an extremely attentive host, and Under the Sea was fantastic! Space was exactly as shown and met our needs perfectly. Bummed we had to cut our trip short, hope to return in summer. Thank you so much Ryan!

Perfect location! We loved staying at this home. Walk to the beach and a great outdoor space. Outdoor shower was amazing. Communication with Martine was great. Highly recommend!

We had another wonderful stay at Susan‘s! This is our second time staying at her place for the Nantucket Christmas stroll and we had another great experience. Susan’s apartment is beautiful, bright, spacious and private. It is walkable to Cisco brewery. The decor is beautiful and the accommodations very comfortable. Susan was very flexible with check-in and gave us lots of helpful local suggestions. I am sure we will stay there next time that we are in town for stroll. Thank you, Susan!

We had such a wonderful stay at Sean and Tracy’s house! The house was well appointed with all a person could need as well as thoughtful extras (such as a beach trolley and beach chairs= less to pack!). Easy to get to, the house is close to restaurants and shops in town. We appreciated the fact that it was only a short walk to the beautiful beach and thoroughly enjoyed our time looking for seashells, playing in the sand and bobbing on the waves on our boogie boards. The spacious kitchen had all we needed to prepare several delicious meals that we enjoyed eating outside on the patio. We did not take advantage of it while we were there, but the Community House had many different fun-sounding activities available to take part in. Tracy was kind and responsive to all my questions and I appreciated that she checked in to make sure everything was going well. We are so glad that we stumbled upon this listing and can’t wait to plan another trip back!

My friends and I loved our stay at the chateau! We attended a wedding at the inn and It was the perfect location, great proximity to the venue and so many things in the area. Anya was so wonderful to communicate with and made our stay such a breeze! The house is so beautiful, spacious and such a great space to gather im. We spent so much time on the deck and my dog loved the fenced in backyard! I can’t recommend this place enough

Karen and Seth were wonderful hosts. They were there to greet us upon arrival and provided several local recommendations for beaches, restaurants and how to use the Wave shuttle. Their cottage was perfect for a 2-night/3-day mother-daughter getaway. Great location- less than 2 miles from our fav restaurant, Millie’s! Highly recommend this place for 2-3 singles, a couple with young kids or a couple traveling alone. Wonderful find!

Geoffery was so great to work with! In fact, when it looked like weather was going to force us to stay on the island an extra night, Geoffery worked with us to help find a solution and a place to stay that extra night. His timely communication was essential and so appreciated! The house is the perfect representation of old Nantucket and was so charming. There was plenty of space and we loved the secluded deck/courtyard space. We hope to come back soon.

We had a great time! Billy was super accommodating. It rained our first day there and Billy offered to wash our wet clothes for us! The place was as we expected it to be. Great locations so we didn’t need to rent a car, just walked to town every day.
