Modular House Green Zyland Y

Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

The place is very big and clean, there is everything you need, and if you need something else, just go upstairs and ask Zorbeg, he is very friendly. One of the best places we visited ever.

Thank for great, cozy and peaceful home. I’m kindly recommending this house for your trip in Batumi. I hope to get back to your house again. I suggest all visitors drive to this house from Makhinjauri city centre, through the Israpil Jincharadze street directly to the house.

Studio with a beautiful sea view

We had an absolutely amazing one-month stay at Asita's place, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible experience. From the moment we arrived, Asita made us feel like we were at a 5-star hotel, but with the comfort and warmth of being at home. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essential amenities we needed, and whenever we had a small issue, Asita was quick to resolve it, making sure we had everything we required for a smooth stay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautiful balcony with an incredible Makhinjauri sea view—so stunning and peaceful. The location of the apartment is also perfect; just a 5-minute walk across the street to the beach, and we enjoyed the nearby park, which was only a short stroll away. Supermarkets and other essential services were conveniently just 3 minutes from our building, making it easy to get everything we needed. Asita is an exceptional host. When we arrived, she provided detailed information on the exact location of

One of my very best experiences on AirBNB. Great host and location, spotless apartment with all necessary supplies, comfortable bedroom and kitchen, fast internet, smart TV. Only thing we miss was microwave, but that's not overshadowed this beautiful stay. Thank you very much, Tamula! We would love to be yours guests again one day.

Guram - The Sea Horizon

Cute cozy house on three floors, the first two are rented. We were a group of 6 people, all fit, sofas and armchairs also fold out if there are more people. 100 meters from the sea, surrounded by green trees. Quiet, peaceful, close to small shops and 24-hour spar. 10-15 minutes by car to Batumi itself. The terrace of the house has a breathtaking view of the sea and old Batumi. The host was polite and always available, any issues were resolved as soon as possible. Nice place, I will come again.

Cosy Home-Mtsvane Kontskhi

The others wrote already a lot, we can only confirm: Larissa and Kazim are wonderful and very generous hosts. We were allowed to check in in the very early morning and Kazim (it’s embarrassing to admit that we let it happen, everything went very quickly!) took the biggest and heaviest bag we had and brought it up to our apartment upstairs. Kazim looks very young for his age but he really shouldn’t carry heavy bags anymore. Later on Kazim drove us to a supermarket because he was afraid that otherwise we would spend too much time due to the traffic jams. They also organised for us a monthly ticket to the Botanical garden. (The family ticket is for 3 people and we were 4 but we just needed to mention Kazim‘ name and nobody asked any further). There was only one problem though: We were in the peak season and unfortunately we often had bad luck with Bolt taxis, they were all busy. Also the 10 Min. walk from the bot. garden back home is on the road for cars, a bit risky in the darkness.
