Very friendly host and family, took really quick action for anything asked for. Apartment is clean, I personally experienced the stay like being at own home. Highly recommended for those planning for both short and/or long stay. And most importantly, reasonable price.

Dinesh and his family are lovely. They are friendly and hospitable. Dinesh is very interesting and great to talk to and hang out with. Long story short, I enjoyed my stay here so much that I came back a few days later when I returned to Kathmandu. Highly recommended! Thanks for everything Dinesh!

A very special stay in a peaceful farm with a wonderful, local host family. We loved the intentionality of the spaces, the communication w the host (local family can use Google translate), and how well they accommodated our food allergies and requests. For those w different abilities - Lots of stairs and very bumpy road coming in! Not a place to do remote work w limited service/wifi but a great place for retreating! We would definitely come back and recommend for those looking for a peaceful stay.

If you want to stay near Patan Durbar Square with friendly host, this the best option. Orijesh is supper helpful. He allowed me to check in at 12 PM since my flight got delayed and he is very thoughtful he placed tea bags and showed me the kitchen of I would like to cook. Since I was afraid of Dog, he make sure that whenever I want outside he was there so that I would not get afraid. Aunty is really sweet, she helped me when Orijesh went for his work. The place was really clean and it is much better place stay. Thankyou Orijesh for your service.

Sachin is an excellent host. During the 2 months we stayed here we were never concerned that he wasn’t always attentive and available if needed. The apartment is modern and well appointed, especially compared to other places we’ve staying in Nepal. The entrance is down an alley that provides some separation from the busy streets nearby. It’s very close to Patan Durbar Square so a lot to see in and around the area. It’s a much more authentic stay that Thamel. We highly recommend.

Staying at Ramesh's place is one of the most special experiences I've had in now over 14 years of AirBnb experiences. This is truly a homestay. If you are looking for a box on a wall with a code and not meeting a single local. May I say, like in Covid times stay home. This is truly an immersion in Nepal. An incredibly lovely family, you have your privacy when you need it and your advice and cultural immersion which is what I hope we are looking for when travelling to magnificent Nepal. Ramesh will help in airport pickup, dropoff and excursions at unbeatuable prices! Ramesh and his family represent what AirbnB was supposed to be and what a true traveller should look for: LIVING truly in the country you visit, with the locals. Pavitra’s home was clean, cozy, and housed by two very loving hosts. Uncle and Auntie helped make my stay at Nepal a wonderful one, and both were very accommodating to all of my needs! (There was also no shortage of tea to be had haha) Would highly recommend this home to any travelers looking for a comfortable stay and experience in Kathmandu with a local family!

What a warm welcome we had, when you picked us up from the airport at 6.30 A.M. (Wow!!! ) (I mean, that was really early.) You made us feel home right away showing us around, learning the local tricks, taking us to the local market (only a 10 minute walk away from the appartment), preparing the most delicious dinners, inviting us over with your family. Lots of thankyous! And recommendations! Your appartment was beautiful and clean, and situated perfectly for our family: A bit on the outside of the city, in the middle of green ricefields. Nice to start some hikings!
