Super clean property with a fantastic view! Kids loved the bunk beds. Close to 711 & Lawson. Enough food around to keep your belly full and close to everything else, easy for cabs ect. Great spot! Thank-you hosts!

My family of four accommodated us.It was my first private lodging stay, so I bought sashimi and boiled fish at a fresh fish shop that locals buy along the way, and ate it at the inn. The children arrived and started playing with the loads, and enjoyed the video watching on the large screen like a movie theater. It was heavy rain on the first day, so my travel plans changed, and as soon as I asked Nami-san about a place that the kids could enjoy in the room, they responded right away. The dryer was also convenient, and the coffee pulled with the inn's coffee mill was delicious! Thank you!

What a beautiful, minimalist apartment just by the sea (two roads across), which is audible and visible. Toshi and Reiko are great hosts, there attention to detail is remarkable, everything you need is there and their assistance is very helpful. Usami itself is a small village with few shops, few hikes around (yet difficult to find). It is well connected by train, too, we arrived from Hiroshima and went to Hakone and Tokyo afterwards. Perfect for a getaway from the buzzing tourist cities and to feel at home in Japan! Again, thank you, if possible we will be back or at least highly recommend.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Rui's home! Her sister Yui lives downstairs, and was very communicative with us throughout our stay. We arrived late in the evening and she met us outside with her husband. They helped us bring all our luggage up to the second floor! They were very welcoming and the place was imcredibly clean and exactly as pictured. Yui was very helpful and responsive whenever I asked questions in the app. We even had trouble with a pizza delivery, and Yui called the restaurant to make sure they delivered to the right address. The location was amazing, with a beautiful park right outside. Only a 10 minute walk to the station, and plenty of great restaurants a short walk away. The convenience stores and supermarket were also within a short walking distance. Yui booked us a taxi for our return trip home, and even carried our luggage downstairs for us. Overall, we were extremely pleased with our stay and we will absolutely stay here again when we return!!

It is with great confidence we can say that Harumi is one of the finest hosts we have ever had. She thought of all necessary travel accessories, was very welcoming, and had the perfect balance of communication yet giving the privacy that was so peaceful. She even offered to meet us at the train station with umbrellas due to the rainy conditions upon our arrival. The space itself is spectacularly clean, remarkably quiet given its prime location, and very spacious. It was the finest airbnb we could have asked for and Harumi made Tokyo feel like a home for us.

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Tokyo, located on a quieter side street whilst being walkable to Sensō-Ji temple and Asakusa Shrine. It's well placed between a couple of stations, giving access to the Oedo subway line within 5 minutes, and the Asakusa and Ginza lines within 10.

We spend a few days in this nice little flat. Little but everything you need is in it :) Good location, easy to find and our host was very helpful and replied to all our messages really fast. Highly recommend ! Thank you

The hosts responded quickly and answered all our questions clearly. They were super helpful, even providing us with a manual guide in English for using the home appliances, and they also assisted us with booking an airport transfer. For the area: it’s very convenient, close to everywhere, lots of great places to eat nearby, the neighborhood feels safe, and there are local salons, laundromats, massage place, and several convenience stores around. About the house: it’s three stories, but spacious enough for 11 people. It was clean, tidy, and they provided plenty of trash bins and toiletries. Such a beautiful & homey place for us. Thank you so much for the hosts!

For the price, this accommodation had more that what it’s worth. It provided us with many amenities that greatly assisted us in our day to day chores, such as the washing machine and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and they even provided bicycles for us to use. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for an accommodation that’s affordable and worth its value.

Nice house, easy to get access to Lake. Next time want to stay again. Big bathroom with bath tub and hot water is very nice But be careful if traveling with eldery, a bit steep stair. Thank you

The children of junior high school students and elementary school children also used their family of four. There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed, and it was nice to have a junior high school child who wants to sleep alone in the room. It was the best place to enjoy Enoshima in a good location.

Jing was an excellent host! Gave clear instructions and went above and beyond with having a warm and welcoming home. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this accommodation, and will keep it in mind for any future trips to Japan!

Stayed in 402 for two nights in late march. Extremely clean, everything worked and the space was perfect for 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). Extremely good location for visiting enoshima and very short walk from the nearest stations. Great food choices within the area and very quiet at night. Everything looked very new within the unit, great water pressure for the shower, hot water did require manual turn on and worked great. Door lock took a few times to figure out given the two key holes.

Akiko’s place was just as described and very easy to access. Loved, loved the location and the slideshow Akiko sent along was extremely helpful. We had a wonderful dinner at the local yakiniku restaurant, which we would not have found without Akiko’s recommendation.

Great location in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and easily walkable to the train station. Our party of 3 had a comfortable stay and the host was responsive with clear instructions.

エイホウさん was an amazing host. Very warm, friendly and positive attitude, always responsive. I loved my 7-day-stay at this apartment and it was mainly because of エイホウさんpresence. The price is right, the location was very quiet and close enough to 2 subway/train stations which made it easy to go anywhere. Thank you エイホウさん for everything!!
