Located in a boutique block, this apartment is only 600m to Nelson Bay marina, shops, bars, cafes & restaurants. It has magnificent beach views and only a 2 min walk to Fly Point Beach. Living area flows to an undercover tiled terrace, then onto a grassed area. This is a perfect getaway, well equipped and well presented. Please enquire if you have any questions. Beautiful garden cottage only 250m from the beach. Easy walk to cafes, restaurants and the legendary Shoal Bay Country Club. Due to work I can’t be on site at all times to sort out linen.
