We traveled to 6. The property is very beautiful, we had a pleasant time. The accommodation is air-conditioned and clean. Host is responsive and enjoyable. We would recommend this listing. Namely, one of the 3 bedrooms is a room passing through to the other rooms.

We stayed 1 week for 3 in the great accommodation before we went south. We arrived late in the evening with the rental car. In the fridge, there was butter, sausage, cheese, jam and bread for us. Communication with Fridolin was very good. He always responded very quickly and had many good recommendations for us. The outdoor area is really fantastic and our son didn't want to leave the pool. There was air conditioning in every room of the house, which was very pleasant. The balcony is fantastic. There are blinds on the bedroom windows. However, it quickly becomes very bright. But if you don't need it to be completely dark, that's not a problem. We absolutely enjoyed our time and would come again and again.

Book your holiday with UNION! We have had a 10-day holiday at UNION and it has been absolutely fantastic. Ledi is the host on site and is outstanding with recommendations and very helpful. The apartment has three beautiful rooms, a large living room and two bathrooms. There is a restaurant in the basement that serves fresh salad from their own vegetable garden. The pool is perfect for both adults and children. We will definitely book our holiday in the same place next time we come to Albania.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Airbnb on the serene shores of a lake, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service that truly set the tone for our stay. One of the standout features was the private hot tub, it was absolutely lush! The hosts made sure to clean it out and refill it fresh for us every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Each morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast delivered right to our room, which added a lovely touch to our mornings. The on-site restaurant was another gem; it was not only affordable but also served some of the most delicious meals we experienced during our time in Shkodër. The quality and taste of the food exceeded our expectations, making dining there a true pleasure. The staff were nothing short of outstanding. Great house, very modern. The kitchen is fundamentally equipped, but we had dinner out most of the time. There are great restaurants within walking distance of the property. The pool is smaller than it looks in the pictures and was not heated. For the summer, it's certainly great to be too cool for us in May. There is no door between the two bedrooms upstairs, but you can also see that in the photos.

Adela is a very friendly and uncomplicated hostess. We felt comfortable. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The pool was the highlight for our kids. Supermarket nearby and a totally delicious restaurant with absolutely fair prices. we can recommend the place.

Nice hosts and a beautiful property! The rooms are basic but sufficient. If you love nature, you can relax very well here! Perfect location for hiking to the Blue Eye or the waterfalls.

I had an incredible stay at the villas in Razëm, Albania. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the peaceful atmosphere and stunning mountain views — truly a hidden gem tucked away in nature. The villas were beautifully maintained, clean, and very comfortable, offering everything needed for a relaxing getaway.

It was a lovely stay at Ditmar's place. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and it is nice and large. You have to be able to use the heat a bit well when you book in August, as the temperatures are very high. You can easily reach everything on foot and you are only a few minutes' walk from the city center. Parking is also not a problem in August. A supermarket is directly on site with a large fruit stand. Also all surrounding neighbors are very friendly. Ditmar was always available immediately and gave tips for activities.

We had a lovely time. The place is a little gem, with the beach just a short walk away. There are two lovely restaurants and a shop for basics next door. If you want a livelier holiday, it's just a 20-minute drive to Velipoje, a beach full of entertainment and restaurants. The accommodation is excellent, and the hosts are very friendly—it felt like home. Thank you Nard and your lovely family

The place is really right on the beach. You can see the sea from the windows. Sander is very helpful and nice. He was very kind to our girls, they had a lot of fun with him. His sister rocked our daughter when Sander mowed the lawn. We had a great time!

The stay was beautiful the house is right at the lake in a very peaceful area. If you are looking for a relaxing stay in nature this is perfect for that. The house had everything you would need kitchen is equipped with necessities. The hosts were very kind and friendly, always responsive and answering our questions and needs. Highly recommended.

Great stay for a few days with shops and market within walking distance. Better than by car in the city, because that immediately means parking problems. Very quiet surroundings.

Polo was the most helpful host I have ever encountered, he responded to communications immediately and with such great assistance. I had to change the date of my stay and he accommodated it with 12 hours notice, not to mention he had great local recommendations and drove us to local places that we wanted to see. Thank you polo you legend!

We were 5 people and had an amazing stay at Bardhs place! The house is on the same land as their family restaurant so on the weekend there might be some more people around. In the restaurant you can have the best food. Bardhs family also has their own garden with fresh fruits and veggies and they gave us super delicious melons. One should know that sometimes no water comes out of the pipes/flush but besides that everything was great. You feel very comfortable and welcome :)

I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and the host was incredibly welcoming. The place was immaculate, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Communication with Aida was excellent; they were quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities. We stayed two nights at Leonet’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Leonet and his family helped us with the check-in and gave us amazing local suggestions—everything from restaurants with great vegetarian options to hiking paths and other useful tips. The family was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made our stay feel more at home. The house itself is fantastic. It has a beautiful outdoor space with a small river flowing through the garden, cozy seating areas with stone tables, and even a well, which adds to the peaceful and natural vibe of the place. The interior is also wonderful, decorated with Albanian touches and equipped with everything we needed. The top room was special, offering a great view of the whole village. Additionally the place was ideal—very close to Shkodër, but far enough from the crowds to enjoy
