From the moment you arrive, you'll be enchanted by the babbling sounds of the fountain and gardens sweeping around the house before descending to the river and Jetty. From the elevated veranda,enjoy river views with abundance of bird life. whilst eating breakfast or sipping wine, Security cameras cover car park and entry doors. The town centre is a 5 min walk.

Enjoy a spot of fishing on your own private jetty or head out in the boat to catch your breakfast(boat ramp is less than 2kms down the road) Summer days are glorious in this waterfront property and during the cooler months you just need a good book or a board game with the kids and nestle in front of the pot belly with a glass of wine.
