It can accommodate 4 people normally, and up to 6 people, and is equipped with free wifi, a kitchen, and a washing machine, making it ideal for remote work, workations, and long-term stays. In addition, free parking is included, so it is convenient for traveling by car! Utsunomiya is known as the "city of gyoza". There are many popular gyoza shops and local gourmet spots within walking distance, so you can easily enjoy the authentic flavors. In addition, Utsunomiya is a castle town with more than 1000 years of history, and is full of attractions such as Utsunomiya Castle Park and Futarasan Shrine. Nearby, there are many attractive tourist destinations, such as the World Heritage Nikko Toshogu Shrine, Ashikaga Flower Park, Otani Museum, Nasu Kogen Hot Springs, and Mashiko Town Ceramics Experience. This 130-year-old house was a finalist in the Reconstruction Awards held by the Old House Restoration Association. The interior has been completely renovated, with fiber optic Wi-Fi and a sauna (for 1-2 people). Parking is available for 4 vehicles. It is recommended for family trips, remote work, and as a base for long-term stays. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, as it is about 90 minutes to Nikko on a regular road, about 60 minutes to Ashikaga Flower Park, and about 30 minutes to Tochikiki Family Land, an amusement park. It is about 10 minutes to the nearby golf course, and about 10-15 minutes to large supermarkets such as Aeon and convenience stores. We can accommodate up to 4 guests, but the base price is for up to 2 guests. We charge an additional 5,000 yen per person for additional guests. Please be sure to let us know when you book if you are having a BBQ. Please bring your own charcoal. Out of consideration for our neighbors, the following activities are strictly prohibited. ・ BBQ after the sun has gone down - BBQ in front of the house - Fireworks ・ Playing loud music, etc., indoors or outdoors ・ Making noise outside after the sun has gone down ・ Drinking and making loud noises ・ Loud conversations indoors after 10 pm Please book only if you are willing to comply with these rules.

On the spacious covered deck, you can enjoy a BBQ (authentic American grill) or socialise without worrying about the weather (optional, ¥3,000). From the veranda, you have a private view of the river. You can watch the sunrise while swinging in a hammock, read a book, or work remotely. At night, the outdoor bath is lit by a starry sky. You can watch Netflix and other services on either the first or second floor. Convenient access to popular tourist destinations such as Mt Nasu, Nikko and Twin Ring Motegi. This property is not a hotel; it is a holiday rental carefully managed by the owner. We have created a space with high ceilings and a relaxing space where you can relax with a delicious coffee or tea in one hand while looking at the garden.Please relax and spread your wings in peace. Older houses tend to be dismantled in general.However, in order to preserve the old things, we carefully cared for ourselves and prepared to welcome you to use it as an asset.There is a spacious Japanese garden and an authentic tea room in the Japanese-style room, so you can experience it while living in Japanese culture. On the other hand, we have a range of furniture and appliances that are easy to use.We are pursuing cultural enjoyment and ease of living at the same time. There are seasonal garden trees in the garden, so I think you can enjoy them throughout the season. My hobby is collecting bonsai and traditional Japanese pottery.While living at this inn, I hope you can experience Real Japan on a daily basis with Japanese culture. I would love for you to take your time and enjoy your stay and the culture in the historic and charming town of Furukawa, where I was born and raised. A log house villa located in a place that is easily accessible to both Nikko city and Lake Chuzenji. It can accommodate up to 4 people (please note that if more than the number of guests on the day come, we will not be able to accommodate them), and has high-speed WiFi. It is fully equipped with 4 Simmons semi-double beds, air conditioning, and a heater. You can also enjoy movies in the bedroom using the projector. (We have Chromecast, so please operate it from your mobile phone.) It is also equipped with a coin-operated washer and dryer for longer stays. * The washing machine is free to use once during your stay. * Please note that there is a separate fee for the dryer. ⭐We now rent BBQ utensils, which many guests have requested The rental includes charcoal and a BBQ table, but food is not included in the rental price.
