It is a 10-minute drive from Atami Station and a 5-minute drive from Komiya Station. You can get in to the front of the building, but the road where you can park is on a steep hill, so I recommend coming in with a back. If you book a parking lot on the 2nd floor, there is free private parking on the way of the Naritasan Kaichoin if you book the first floor. There is no convenience store within walking distance, so please prepare ingredients at a large supermarket in Max Value. Another group is reserved on the first and second floors of the same building, but it is not connected inside, and I think that the voice will not leak much because the first floor is made of concrete, but please be careful of loud voices outside.
