Welcome to a special house where you can experience the charm of Shimizu. Each piece of furniture and interior decoration in this accommodation was chosen with the desire to "make more people aware of the charm of Shimizu". This is an inn where you can enjoy the charms of Shizuoka to the fullest, with a harbour cruise that allows you to simultaneously enjoy Shimizu Port Fish Market, the World Heritage Site Mount Fuji, and the constituent asset Miho Matsubara, and excellent access to the tea plantations. The striking yellow sofa in the living room is a favourite that we found at a furniture store in Shimizu. In addition, we have decorated the space with the work of an artist we met at a gallery in Shizuoka, creating a space where you can feel the warmth unique to this region. Whether you've had a long day of walking while travelling or a tiring day at work, please relax and unwind in this house. With a spacious living room, two calm bedrooms and comfortable bedding, you can enjoy a pleasant stay with family or friends. A detached house surrounded by greenery at the foot of Mt. Fuji. There are two 6-tatami-mat rooms. There is a kotatsu in winter. Free wifi, workspace, refrigerator, toilet, bath, BBQ, etc. are all available. There are 2 air conditioners for a comfortable stay. There are also BBQ facilities and a fire pit, so you can relax while feeling the nature. I rent out the inn's detached building on Airbnb, and I also have a home in a separate building, so I can accommodate a variety of needs. Renovated toilets, baths, and tatami mats in October 2024. We rent out bicycles for free. * Please let us know in advance if you are using a BBQ or campfire. A usage fee of 1,000 yen per person (cash on the day) will be charged. We have all the basic items such as nets, iron plates, charcoal, firewood, firelighters, chucka man, mosquito coils, dishes, chopsticks, gloves, tongs, spatulas, seasonings, etc. You only need to provide the ingredients. The terrace has a roof, so you can have a BBQ without any problems even in rainy weather. * Small and medium dogs are allowed. 2000 yen per dog per night. If there are more than 2 people, we will prepare a futon in the loft. **Directions from Shimizu Station to the Guest House** **By Bus** 1. Exit the west entrance of Shimizu Station and turn right. Walk to the second bus stop. 2. Take bus No. 2 from the second bus stop. The fare is 320 yen. (Please have the exact amount ready as no change is given. If you only have bills, there is a money changer next to the driver's seat.) 3. Ride the bus for about 20-25 minutes and get off at "Shizuoka City Shimizu Hospital". 4.
