We are located in Yangmingshan, a US military family home built in the 1950s, the only old house preserved by the Taipei City Bureau of Culture, the only old house preserved in its original appearance and raw materials, unchanged. This room has a green mountain view, and when you open the window you can see Mount Shama, Butt Mountain. Between the house and the mountain is Sulphur Creek, where beautiful rainbows are often seen in spring. That's why it's also called Rainbow Valley. There is also a sapphire fountain within walking distance, and you need to make an appointment with the Taipei City Water Conservancy Bureau to visit. The listing is “Bedroom #2” of the 4 rooms in the entire building, and is an elegant room for 2 people. There's a big, covered balcony area, a small but fully-equipped kitchen; washing machine; and small yard outside main bedroom, next to a nice rooftop garden. NB: only one AC in bedroom; fans for other rooms, which get very hot.
