Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Decent coffee machine and a couple of good cafetières. If you like a morning brew you should find that you’re spoilt for choice! ☕️ Nancy Spain used to live here!

My place is a lovely apartment close to The Ousburn, Newcastle and Northumbria universities, Our famous Quayside and a seven minute walk into Newcastle City Centre, where there is an abundance of bars, clubs parks, art and culture. Amazing restaurants and fine dining. It is also just a short drive to our blue flag rated beautiful beaches.. My place sleeps up to 4 people. With a large double bed and large comfy sofa bed. My place is suitable for solo adventurers, families & business travellers.

Marilyn is a wonderful person who is always willing to help while also respecting privacy. I am delighted to meet her. The house is very clean and located near Heaton Park, which is within walking distance of the city centre, as well as supermarkets, cafes, and bus stops. The attic room is very comfortable and beautifully decorated, with a window above the bed that allows you to see the stars in good weather. I definitely recommend staying at Marilyn's house.

Stayed at Tahir and Deborah’s place, numerous times. Great place to stay, very friendly hosts who are responsive and helpful. Perfect location being not too far from the city and plenty of shops nearby if you don’t want to venture too far. Would highly recommend to anyone else thinking about staying at the hosts property. I will definitely be staying again when I’m back in the area. 10/10
