It is in a very quiet environment, but it is conveniently located about 2-3 minutes on foot from Shin-Minami Exit of Shibuya Station. It's a little bit tucked away and feels like a secret base. You can walk to Ebisu and Daikanyama. I lived in this neighborhood a few years ago, and it's a great location that I never get tired of. The building is nearly 50 years old, but the water area has been renovated. This building is scheduled to be redeveloped and rebuilt in a few years. This listing is only available now, so please use it. The TV has a Fire TV stick. You can't see Japanese terrestrial broadcasting. The appropriate number of people is 4. There is a charge for the 5th person.
