I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location was perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat. The owner were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful experience!

Super ausgestattetes Flusshaus mit grosser und wunderschöner Terasse. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Strandbett, die Fahrräder, das SUP und die vielen Utensilien zum Kochen (inklusive Bialetti usw zum Kaffee machen!). Klimaanlage im Wohn- und zwei der Schlafzimmer. Das Haus muss bei Ankunft erst selbst etwas eingerichtet werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war ausserordentlich gut: Stets erreichbar, viele gute Informationen und Empfehlungen und sehr sympathisch! Danke Jü! 😊

Wir sind als Gruppe von insgesamt 7 Freunden nach Velipoja gereist. Der Verkehr in der Hauptsaison vom Flughafen in Tirana nach Velipoja is etwas herausfordernd, aber unter Berücksichtigung der gesamten Verkehrssituation in Albanien in Ordnung. Das Haus war optimal. Uns hat vor allem gefallen, dass es 3 Klimaanlagen gab und auch die Außenküche und deren Ausstattung war perfekt. Bei uns war aber leider die Kaffeemaschine defekt. Ansonsten hat uns Serkiz sehr geholfen, vor allem bei einem Problem mit der Airline, die den Koffer eines Freundes fälschlicherweise nach Polen geflogen hat. Auch die Empfehlungen unseres Gastgebers waren hilfreich bei der Gestaltung unseres Urlaubs. Sei es Restaurants oder Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Uns hat die Lage sehr gefallen, da das Haus abseits der zentralen Touristenregion von Velipoja liegt, alle Restaurants, Bars und der Strand aber dennoch binnen 10min zu Fuß erreicht werden konnten.

Schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Lage. Mit Kinder optimal, da alles vorhanden und Garten für Spiele. Etwas abgelegen aber zu Fuss Strand gut erreichbar in 15 Minuten.

Le lieux est excellent 👌🏼 proche de la plage. Le bungalow était magnifique Accueil sympathique

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, facilitys are great and it's nice and spacious, nice balkonys and great location. Beach is right across the promenad. We also highly recomend taking a 5min and 500 lek taxi drive to Demi beach, lovely place with nice little beach bar, clear water and hardly any people.

Albert i njegov otac su veoma ljubazni domaćini. Pomogli su nam za sve šta je trebalo. Smještaj je odličan. Odlična lokacija, prodavnice su blizu (do 5 min pjeske), plaže takodje 5-10min autom. Posebno dobro je to što smještaj ima bazen. U svakom slučaju, sve preporuke.

We loved our stay, the place and it‘s surroundings are beautiful! If you come there for kiting it‘s a great choice :) it can get a little noisy to sleep and messy in the kitchen with your direct neighbours that you‘re sharing the terrasse with. Anyways, we felt at home :)

Nice clan apt. perfect for a family to stay very close to the beach and center. Host was great and would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Prelijepo nam je bilo u smjestaju. Kucica je na mirnom mjestu. Cista i ima super energiju. Odmorili smo se i nauzivali. Preporucicu ovaj smjestaj prijateljima 🥰

We enjoyed staying here a lot! The hosts are incredibly nice and welcoming :) the location is great and it’s quite calm for noisy donji stoj in summer, so it’s perfect! You will have everything you need there, just consider that you won’t have prepared breakfast as mentioned in the ad.

this is by far THE most unique place we stayed in Montenegro. The house is even nicer in reality and the surrounding area is breathtaking. Nemania was super communicative and nice, gave us all the info we needed for a 2-day holiday in his little paradise. highly recommended

Wie auf den Fotos, keine bösen Überraschungen, der Strandabschnitt ist toll. Restaurants, Supermärkte usw. in Fußdistanz. Und für diesen belebten Ort doch recht ruhig (auch wenn die Jungs von der Strandbar gegenüber gerne um 6h morgens die Musik voll aufgedreht haben)
