I stayed here with friends for my bachelorette party and we had the best time! The house was adorable and so comfortable! The back yard was amazing and the little guest house was so cute. Our stay was in mid April, so still a bit cool for fully using the back yard, but I bet in the summer it’s even more amazing! Everything was really clean and tidy and just a nice atmosphere overall. The house was a quick drive to the town area which was great! Paula was communicative and a helpful host! Really enjoyed our visit so much!

This was a great find! I booked this Airbnb for myself and 4 other girls and there was plenty of room and space for us to hangout, sleep, and get ready. Walkable to town. Extremely clean and had all the amenities you would need for a short weekend getaway. Marianne and Steven were very responsive whenever I had a question. I would totally book this Airbnb again!

Rosemary was a pleasure to do business with. She was quick to respond to any questions or requests that I had. Her home was comfy & spacious. The next time I book with her, I've since learned how accommodating she is & will pack minimally. There are plenty of toiletries provided in the bathroom, some outdoor patio chairs stacked so no need to bring the camping chairs I had packed! She even had beach towels which I missed on her amenities (it's on there, my fault for not reading that part!) which was convenient because I won't need to pack those either. She had a washer & dryer, any kind of kitchen item you could need, the cutest coffee & tea bar w/ a Keurig. Her home & hospitality exceeded my expectations in every way possible! My only input (which I hate to even mention as it wasn't an issue for us!) would be that the living room ceilings are low so be cautious if you're over 6ft tall altho I'm unsure of the actual height of them. I would eagerly rent from her again, Thanks Rosemary!

My family and I have stayed at a ton of different airbnbs, vrbos and vacation rentals both stateside and abroad and I have to say Anne’s property is among one of the best we’ve stayed in. We were traveling with twin toddlers and the space was perfect. Anne is very friendly, the place is larger than we expected, very clean and you can tell Anne cares to the make the best experience possible. All the little touches were so wonderful - she has beach chairs, reusable beach bags, sunscreen, books, kids toys, coloring accessories, balls and toys, an outdoor game, hammock, lanterns, lights, fire pit and wood, you name it - it’s there. It was one of the most convenient stays we’ve had. We’d love to return and I couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Our stay at Jennifer's place was excellent. We wish we could have stayed much longer. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from all the Mystic attractions (and a short walk from the very necessary wine shop and pizza joint! ) We loved our little balcony just outside the living room. My wife and I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place, pictures are representative. The whole place is huge and just a perfect place to stay. Location is amazing, walkable to the New Haven green and loads of restaurants and bars. Martin is a great host and leaves very clear instructions which is really helpful. Would definitely stay again. Only note- floors/ceiling seem quite thin so the upstairs neighbours could hear us and we could hear them at certain points of the day. But that did not dampen our trip at all. If anyone is visiting we highly recommend Trinity on orange street, amazing Irish pub with sports and classic pub grub. And Georgie’s diner in west haven - classic American diner style with great food options.

There are a lot a reasons to use Airbnb, and one is that you can stay in the most interesting places. That's the reason to stay at the Ludington mansion. Incredible property. If you have any interest in history or architecture, this is your place. We stayed in the 3rd floor suite; of course, it's not a good choice if you can't manage the stairs, but since that was not a problem for us, we loved it. The space was as described: full of character and immaculately clean (if not always new). It was nice having two full baths. The next-door church bells didn't bother us. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We appreciated the host's suggestion for where to have dinner and were not disappointed. We ended the evening by streaming the (admittedly cheesy) Hallmark Christmas movie filmed on the property and spotting furnishings that were in our suite. We wished we could have stayed longer instead of just over-nighting while on the drive from Maine to NC.

The apartment was super clean and spacious! Has everything you need. Walkable to town and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend Amanda’s place and would 100% stay here again!!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay! Location is perfect and Jaime was incredibly friendly throughout!! He let me know that they had everything we would need.. but as a self-described obsessive packer I didnt listen. He wasn't kiding! They had beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything else you need for the perfect beach day. I brought an entire wagon of stuff and used one bag. It really is an awesome little find!!

Joanne greeted us when we arrived - wanted to make sure we were comfortable. She encouraged us to contact her with any questions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and spacious. We are native Long Islanders and this location was central to the family and friends we were visiting.

Nick ‘s place was perfect for our short stay in Mystic . Very well appointed kitchen , clean and pleasant . Nick was very responsive . Thanks you for a great stay .

A brief stay but a great stay. It was offseason but we got lucky with sunny October weather. The stay was less than a 5 minute drive from the main village with tons of shops, cafes, etc.. the room itself had a beautiful ocean view and was very clean and comfy. Nice shower, comfy beds, plenty of linens and towels provided. Parking included. Overall a very nice stay.

We stayed long term at this unit and felt comfortable and at home from day 1. The apartment is large for a 2 bedroom, with two very comfortable bathrooms, two large bedrooms, and a separate living area. Wifi was very good, the building is very quiet, and parking was free and close by. The apartment allows for easy walking to a beautiful city park (Wooster Square), to events and concerts at Yale (mostly free) and to East Rock Park, which has amazing hiking and views of New Haven. The kitchen was well stocked and the apt had a full size washer and dryer that worked very well. The only minor negative would be some road noise from outside, but that's normal in an urban area. But we always felt safe and very comfortable in the neighborhood. Camila was very responsive and addressed a few minor things that came up in our extended stay very promptly. We'd welcome the chance to stay in this unit again.

This apartment definitely has the WOW factor. It felt large, attention to detail was found everywhere, spotless, impeccable taste, and overall, EXQUISITE. Stanley was exceptional with whom to communicate. He assisted in every aspect of our stay, and was kind in our interactions. I would love to live here!! Thank you, Stanley. We will return to your home when we return to explore more of Mystic and Stonington. It was perfect stay in the perfect home.

Just as described, beautiful waterfront location that’s a 5 minute drive to town and local vineyards. Perfect weekend getaway

Absolutely wonderful stay and host. I've stayed at dozens of Airbnbs and this is one of my favorites! Doug's place is even better in person than the photos. We were a little nervous taking our first trip away with our baby, but it was extremely clean and comfortable, and Doug was so kind and responsive. The condo complex has a lovely boardwalk for taking walks, and the deck furniture was so comfortable to lounge in and take in the beautiful view. We hope to be back!

The place was perfect nice and clean what I like the best is the it was close to the beach to go for a walk.

We had a great weekend and would definitely recommend this place for a family trip, girls weekend, etc.

Just had a wonderful stay at Robert’s place! The place was impeccably clean, and Robert was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit. While the manor has a charmingly vintage vibe and could use a bit of modernization, we truly enjoyed our time there. The warmth of the atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. We recommend for anyone looking for a cozy getaway!
