great over nighter wish I could of stayed another day just really relaxing and peaceful

The house was immaculate and spacious. We were warmly received and the house was welcoming and felt like home. John and Kerrie were lovely to talk to but we still had plenty of privacy and space. Our favourite things were the location and the front verandah was a hit, it’s was super relaxing and we think the best lawn in the street. Thanks so much for having us and 100% recommend.

Great place, amenities and in a quiet area

Staying at Mary’s lakeside home by Lake Illawarra was a delightful experience. Mary is a wonderfully friendly host, making the stay warm and welcoming. The house itself is extremely comfortable, clean and ideally located, offering easy access to both beautiful beaches and the tranquil lake. Gorgeous home, really spacious and homely. Has everything you could need and more, hosts were lovely and let us know when the house was ready early so we could enjoy and earlier check in. Close to beach and cafes, we had a great stay here.

It was an excellent stay, close to a mall that provided everything we needed, the lake was exceptional, was perfect for my kids too! A lot of entertainment, there was a lovely projector outside and pool that was easy to function. The washing machine and dryer were quite old but could do the job after a few washes. Lots of blankets and the heater worked great.

The place was amazing and had everything that you could think of in walking distance. They were so many items in the house that provided for adults and kids. It’s like a three minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the shops. The place was very comfortable and air-conditioned. Would definitely stay here again.

We made a last minute booking to the area for the June long weekend. Bob immediately made us feel welcome and provided us with some great suggestions of what to do while we were there. The place was exactly as described, the beds were comfy and thankfully he provided us with some extra doonas and blankets as well as a heating AC unit because it was the coldest weekend in a long while!

We had a hood weekend at Alex’s place! The property is clean, modern, and minimalist, yet fully equipped with everything you might need—especially the kitchen ! I wish I didn’t have to bring my kitchen stuff ! Alex was a great host— very kind, responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay! Thank you Alex !

Our second stay here as a family. We really enjoyed it again and had a great time. A quick 10 seconds stroll to the beach for. swim, really nice apartment and we felt right at home. Would definitely book it once again if we are in the area

Leahan's place was the perfect base for exploring the Illawarra. It is within walking distance to beaches and the lake with playgrounds and bike paths, a great Thai restaurant and Cafe. The unit is private and immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Hi Deborah Your place is a real gem! Cosy and character filled with modern kitchen and bathroom. It was comfortable, convenient and close to all our needs. We enjoyed the outdoor back garden seating area and appreciated the parking that was available. Airbnb is one of the best I have stayed in. Airbnb is warm and comfortable. Washing machine and kitchen are functional. Fridge is huge. There are two toilets but only one for shower. It’s a two storey house so climbing the stairs is needed to get to the rooms. Host has lovely goats so you get a goat view. Wifi is good. Host communicates well and does not disturb guests during stay. Private parking slot available. Check in was hassle free and no one disturbs you during the stay. Host provided red wine and cakes on arrival. There are bread loaf, butter and jam provided. Much appreciated. Kitchen is great for cooking and there’s coffee machine. The two toilets are awesome for the two rooms and shower is warm. Washing machine and dryer are a bonus and they worked really well. Stargazing outside the house was amazing every night as the view was unblocked. House is located next to a farm of cows so the view is that. Lovely cottage, set in spectacular gardens - with lake, dingy & ducks ! We just missed the full bloom of autumn leaves by a week, but still beautiful. As expected for June, it was a tad cold while we were there, but we certainly didn't lack for heating options, our favourite being the pot belly wood heater. Patty was a charming host who even took the time to bake us some orange syrup cakes - delicious ! All less than 20mins drive from all the shops & restaurants at Bowral for those who crave a bit more action. We'd love to come back.

What a beautiful and relaxing three days we had staying at the Cottage in Wildes Meadow. Your place was just perfect and unique. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything we needed. The accommodation felt like a home away from home, it was incredibly cozy and clean. The highlight was relaxing by the fire which we enjoyed every night. Truly such a relaxing stay and we can't wait to come back!
