My family spent one week at Yves cottage and loved it! The cottage had everything we needed and my children loved all the toys and games. The view was amazing and we loved kayaking around the bay. Yves was very quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful

This is a special place and a we had a wonderful holiday with our family of six adults. Everyone had enough private space and the communal area is large, beautiful, very tastefully partitioned with furniture and to top it off has a bank of windows on three sides looking over a tidal river and forest lands. Wake to rich birdsong and gentle light. The piece of land is enormous and beautiful, with a beautiful variety of birds and wildlife. The river is small and gentle (perfect for swimming, boating) and leads very quickly to the larger leg of river which is amazing for a long canoe trip (check the tide timetable :-). A peaceful, beautiful place for a quiet family getaway. Thank you.

Stunning view and Spa Like experience! Étienne was a great host and his place had EVERYTHING we needed. It was so inviting and relaxing. We had a great girls weekend get away and enjoyed the hot tub, screened in gazeebo, wonderful fire pit and swing under the tree. We also saw that he is constantly renovating and adding to the property to keep improving something that is already great! We will certainly be back!

We will choose Gilles' place again and again! It's perfect location is peaceful and gorgeous. The cottage is cozy and inviting and steps away from the beach. Gilles makes sure we have everything we need . Definitely recommend!!!

My stay at the charming beachfront cottage on York Street was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, offering stunning views of the water and easy access to the beach, making it a great spot to unwind and reconnect with nature. The cottage itself was impeccably clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the outdoor amenities—starting our mornings with a peaceful coffee on the patio, followed by a dip in the pool. The surroundings are serene, providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home.

We were here during the month of October 2021. For weather in October, it was incredible and being here close to the water made it even better. Cap Pele itself is a pleasant little town and it seems that most people speak both French and English. We did a lot of walking and there is plenty of opportunity to do it here, especially along the beach with its views of the water. Sometimes thought I was in an Alex Colville painting.

We stayed as a Family of 3, with a young child. Everything was safe, clean and conveniently located. The beach was rocky, but still enjoyable and was located a short distance from cottage. Maryse and Guy were very quick to answer us if we ran into any issues. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

This place is a real gem! There wasn’t one thing I disliked about our stay! The cottage was so pristine and inviting. The view was spectacular from all angles inside and out. This space was cozy and very quiet,and there were small little touches left from our Host, which made us feel right at home.

We had an great time. The beach access was awesome with the boardwalk through the marsh. The beach itself was really good. The cottage area was quiet and relaxing
