Peaceful cozy cottage with fishing and access to Fall and Tule Rivers, launch included. On private 375 acre family cattle ranch. We raise cows, pigs, ducks, and chickens. Winter snow, Spring animal babies every place you look, summer swimming, fishing, boating fire pit, star gazing, Fall Harvest, fresh fruits and vegetables to share, we process our gardens by canning, preserving, and cook cook cook. Our recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath home is located in central Redding. Walking distance from the Sundial Bridge, the Civic Center, and downtown eateries. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures
