Hashem is an incredible host, who is so quick to reply with any query. Saeed who manages the place daily is a delight. Always asking what and how he can help. There were treats left daily for us which was such a nice touch. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I had a truly wonderful and clean stay at a beautiful villa in Sharm El Sheikh. The space was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The villa itself was stunning—tastefully furnished, well-maintained, and offered a peaceful atmosphere that felt like a true escape. The service was excellent, especially from the private villa assistant who was attentive and respectful throughout the stay. I was also very grateful to be allowed an early check-in, which made the arrival smooth and stress-free. The villa provided access to a private beach, which was serene and quiet—perfect for unwinding. I also appreciated the added bonus of being able to use the gym facilities at the nearby Sheraton Hotel. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a private, relaxing getaway in Sharm El Sheikh.

В целом проживанием довольны. Из маленьких минусов - пыль внутри шкафов и в труднодоступных местах, но это скорее из за пустынной местности - песок проникает везде стоит только немного открыть окно. Была проблема с микроволновой печью - она не грела, написали хозяину, заменил через 2 дня. Ну а теперь плюсы: 1) 2 Ванные комнаты. Не нужно было ждать очереди в туалет, есть второй) 2) Чистый и огромный бассейн. 3) Вилла на 2 полноценные большие квартиры и небольшую спальную комнату на 3 этаже. То есть соседей немного. Стены не картон, соседей слышно не было, но возможно просто тихие попались. Фото соответствует. 3) Хозяин пошел на встречу, разрешил без доплат выселиться позже перед вылетом. 4) Чай, вода, молоко и продукты как комплимент. Удобно при позднем заселении когда магазины закрыты. Интернет хороший, для зум звонков хватало (работаю удаленно). Интернет через мобильный роутер, но скорость в принципе хорошая в среднем 30 Мбит.

Prima verblijf en prima host! Villa is nieuw en comfortabel met een mooi zwembad. Voor het echte werk; zwemparadijs en strand om de hoek. Zelf ging ik veel duiken met mijn favoriete duikcentrum in Na’ma Bay. Hoewel op afstand maar goed te bereiken met taxi (en je wordt ook opgehaald als je iets boekt). Als ik weer met een groep kom zal ik zeker deze villa in overweging nemen.

Хороший тихий комплекс, красивая ухоженная территория. В комплексе есть бассейн, итальянское кафе, маркет и аптека. Дают карту по которой бесплатно можно попасть на частный пляж. Он маленький, но очень уютный и красивый и за счёт того что он огорожен зеленью там меньше ветра. Красивый риф и рыбки. На пляж за не большую оплату вас могут отвезти на машине. Подойдёт для семьи и тихого спокойного отдыха. До центра около 20-25 минут на машине. Менеджер или владелец говорит на русском и английском. Всё кто работает в этом комплексе очень приятные и вежливые. Помогут решить любой вопрос. Yasser организовал нам трансфер из аэропорта ночью, Мустафа помогал с любыми вопросами. Водитель тоже был приятный человек. из минусов это то что очень не удобные подушки и можно было бы уделить время чуть больше чистоте, но на самом деле это не плохо, все в пределах нормы. Нам понравилось это место и люди которые там работают.

Islam was really kind and helpful. He made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Lovely private beach. We will definitely come back whenever we go to Sharm.

Очень хорошее место, удачное расположение в Шарме, в отеле много развлечений, в то же время на вилле тихо и спокойно, очень хорошо для семьи с детьми. Вилла оснащена всем необходимым, включая посудомоечную машину. Сервис на вилле так же на высоте, чистка бассейна, стрижка газонов, кустов, любые вопросы решаются очень быстро мистером Ибрагимом, большое ему спасибо! Обязательно приедем еще.

Отдых в квартире был прекрасен. Квартира уютная, чистая, полностью соответствует фотографиям, было все необходимое. Она оборудована хорошей бытовой техникой. Удобная кровать с классным матрацем. В нашем пользовании был бассейн, тоже чистый и ухоженный, Приватная территория чистая, красивая. Тишина в доме никем не нарушается. Еще один бассейн на крыше дома с красивым видом. Море рядом. Пляж дикий, но это даже интересно. Кораллы, рыбки, прекрасная природа. Мы очень благодарны хозяину дома, очень хотим приехать еще.

Great value! The bedrooms were clean and tidy, the bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen area was good for a quick vacation breakfast. They have a good coffee machine which is nice to have a morning coffee while enjoying the sun at the pool. I love coffee and this was beyond expectations. The pool was big and the water was clean and just steps away from the living room. They were so helpful and friendly. We will definitely be back soon

Wael was such an accommodating and gracious host. It was always so easy to communicate as he was very responsive. The room had everything I needed for my long stay. The resort was beautiful and the corals were so beautiful…made my snorkeling so worth it. I can’t wait to come back and stay there again. Thank you Wael for everything!!

Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du sadiki cafe, quartier paisible et a 5-7 min à pied des commerces pour y faire ses courses. Également à 10 min du centre de plongée reef oasis. Bref, excellente alternative à l’hôtel, je recommande

Ho trascorso 2 settimane bellissime.. Sharm la conosco ma questa è stata la prima esperienza in casa con il mio bassottino... Paola è diventata un'amica sempre pronta ad ogni mia esigenza.. è adorabile..💖 vivamente la consiglio.. una casa di fronte al lago salato.. un panorama unico.. relax e tanta felicità.. tornerò prestissimo.. grazie di cuore mi sono sentita a casa 😘

Также рядом колоритный ресторан Фарша, а также из заведений по еде моя рекомендация это ресторан с морепродуктами Стар фиш 😊

Mo was a wonderful host during our whole stay. He was really flexible and helped us many times. The apartment has all you need and is located in a rather calm area, yet it is just 5 minutes away from Naema Bay, the most active area of Sharm. Stores, a market, and a bank are within walking distance from the apartment. Thank you Mo for being so welcoming!

Place is like in the photos, maybe a bit small but comfortable and clean. Is close to Farsha Cafe, beach and other shops that you can walk to if you need anything. Is easy to find a taxi if need one. Patrizia is very friendly and respond very fast to my messages in case i need something. The only thing is missing is the Internet . I enjoy my stay and i can say that is good value for the money i paid.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war wie beschrieben vorhanden und die Ausstattung ist wirklich hervorragend. Die Lage war für mich ideal – Supermärkte und Shops sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, und auch Taxis stehen zur Verfügung, falls man einmal weiter weg möchte. Das Riff direkt vor dem Haus ist wunderschön und absolut empfehlenswert. Der Strand ist leider nur gegen Gebühr zugänglich und eher etwas für Menschen, die sich an lauter Musik nicht stören. Wer jedoch die meiste Zeit mit dem Kopf unter Wasser verbringt, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Zum Entspannen bin ich lieber in die Unterkunft zurückgekehrt, da sie über einen traumhaften Garten verfügt. Der Gastgeber ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und hat mir einen der besten Türkischen Kaffees zubereitet. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

I’m very satisfied with my month stay in Mohamed’s apartment. He is very responsive and friendly host. The internet was free and quite good speed if compared to other mobile internet in Egypt. I was working remotely in working days. On weekends I went to the beaches. For me it was good. Basically it is quite quiet in Porto Sharm in winter

Прекрасная квартира-распашонка, светлая, не жаркая, удачно ориентирована по сторонам света: в одной части квартиры солнце по утрам, в другой — вечером. Этаж удачный — второй из трех. Кондиционеры очень мягкие, с нами можно спать. Постели удобные, есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. До моря всего 500 метров. Магазинчик есть на пляже, а вне территории отеля их несколько и 4 аптеки. Ресторан рыбный через дорогу. Хозяин очень внимательный и гостеприимный, всегда на связи. При приезду нас встретил стартовый комплимент от хозяина, чай, сладости, даже вода была в холодильнике. Также брат хозяина помогал в любом вопросе. Чувствовали себя комфортно и защищено, как дома. Рекомендуем!
