I rent my home only when I travel. I am an expat artist/photographer living in Hong Kong since 2011. My apartment is huge (800 sq feet ) for HK standards, a rare find for a space this big in HK. Has 4 rooms but one room is locked and reserved for my belongings .If you want to experience true HK style local lving, this can be the place for you. It is a very safe and comfortable flat with lots of light in every room. There is also a shared rooftop on the 10th floor. No lift.7 floor walkup.
