This studio apt is for ONE (1) GUEST ONLY with off-street parking, easy access to a Zen-like patio, & gas grill. We are 5 mins to Lucy Pk, 10 mins from downtown or MSU, & 10 mins to SAFB. A quiet & serene, safe retreat perfect for shaded walking, running, or biking. Your guests are welcome, however, they are not allowed to stay overnight. Please, no exceptions made without penalty.

Nestled in a quiet cove on Lake Graham, our little red cabin has everything you need - sleeping for 5, a fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, games, and a dock begging you to catch fish or race down the slide. Visit during cool weather to enjoy family and s'mores at the firepit.

Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

Outdoor space has a grill, firepit, and gathering area.

Master bedroom has a fold-away-bed in the closet with bedding. Complete kitchen with cookware and dining ware, along with Keurig coffee pot and k-cups! Big back yard.

Come see the Longhorns! The Longhorn Lodge is located right on Main Street and close to everything you need. Enjoy a fun place to stay while in the area for hunting or other events in and around Seymour. This family friendly home was built in 1912, renovated in 2023, and has two magnificent longhorn steers out back! With a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, you will have all the space you need to relax.

Rustic Red River Retreat

Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.
