Comfortable Guest House

Welcome to a comfortable guest house that is just a few miles from I-44, United Regional and Kell West Regional Hospitals, Sheppard AFB, and downtown Wichita Falls and MPEC. The guest house sleeps up to 4 persons in one room: queen bed (with memory foam mattress) and a daybed/couch that converts to one or two twin beds (one is a trundle), both memory foam mattresses. Pets are welcome, but they need to be house trained and kept quiet, and there is a small pet fee.

Sleeps 24 people in four bedrooms with a combination of single and bunk beds. One private bedroom with a queen. Two lofted areas with 3 single beds and a private balcony. This historic ranch has been in the family for over 120 years. The lodge has all the modern day amenities while keeping the rustic and nostalgic feel of ranch life. This a place where people come to get away from their fast paced lives and settle down for a few days of relaxation.

This is a 4 bedroom/2.5 bathroom spacious home located approximately 5 miles outside of Seymour and truly a hunter's paradise. Complete kitchen with cookware, dining ware, coffee pot and even a washer and dryer. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Outdoor space has a grill, firepit, and gathering area.
