Water is available via a water cooler.

NOT 1 Hour Drive: The Coop is situated on historical property that is equidistant to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and Walland/Townsend. COMMUTE TO EACH approx. 25-30 mins. Quiet stay for couples to relax by the pool (opens spring/closes mid October) or to enjoy the fire pit. Adjustable King bed, kitchen (microwave, small oven, refrigerator, and coffee bar), and spacious bathroom with shower. Restaurants, fast food, and grocery within 15 mins. Private entrance, wifi, and parking.

Dollywood is a 16 mile drive, and Neyland Stadium is only 9. The Smoky Mountains are just beyond Pigeon Forge making hiking or scenic adventures also reasonably close. Much love, care, and intention went into the creation of this oasis in East Tennessee.
