Dogs welcome, small fenced relief area. House is apprx. 100 yo, clean & cared for with a few nicks, cracks & creaks for authenticity!

We offer a large bedroom with a daylight window & queen bed. In your own family room area there is one hide-a-bed, as well as one queen air mattress. There is a non-conforming bedroom with two twin beds which we place on the guest discretion to use. You will have your own full kitchen & bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Seward, NE, near Concordia Univ & only 25 minutes from downtown Lincoln - Memorial Stadium, etc. We have lots of space for you.

Country Loft - A Charming Restored Barn

You will be delighted to sleep in the Loft of this fully restored barn! It was built in the 1900's and once housed farm animals, but in 2006 it was fully restored into a unique retail store, brimming with gifts for all occasions. It's most recent renovation, in 2018, was the addition of a vintage inspired soaking tub and comfy queen bed in the Loft of the barn to host guest who want to enjoy a unique lodging experience . It is equipped with a 1/2 bath and full kitchen.

Very nice 4 bedroom 3 bath house

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is a walk/bike trail very very close which has 2 bridges that cross Plum Creek going though the trees. There is a corn hole game available in the garage. It takes a few minutes to get to downtown seward. Seward is Nebraska’s ‘official Fourth of July City’. A parade at 4:00 pm.car show, a large craft fair, fireworks at 10 PM. These fireworks are 1/2 block away - watch them from the driveway.

Step out the back door and enjoy the wildlife and birds! 20 minutes from Lincoln. Located 5 minutes from Branched Oak Lake Recreation Area. We live on the property and will share front yard/driveway space. Your dogs are welcome on a leash. Ours will be as well.

Our downtown Seward space includes a full bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, along with a nice view overlooking the Seward Town Square. Local shops, a local brewery, an art gallery, coffee shop, cafe, and much more are all within walking distance of the loft! Back alley entrance. The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
