As a final touch, the apartment has a small terrace overlooking the Giralda, where you can enjoy the sunny days and fantastic nights of our city. It has a cosy bedroom with a comfortable large double bed, a bathroom, a loft-style living-dining room with a double sofa bed and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, all kinds of small appliances, a "Dolce Gusto" coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a full set of kitchenware. Fully stocked cleaning cupboard, iron and ironing board. The apartment has high-speed Wi-Fi, high-quality and quiet air conditioning (cooling/heating), a Smart TV, and radiators are also available as a supplement for the winter. The apartment is provided with sets of towels, sheets, a hairdryer and amenities for all its guests, and is fully prepared for use. If you stay longer, you can arrange room service (30 euros, including cleaning and change of linen). Subject to availability, we can offer a late check-out completely free of charge. IMPORTANT: There is an additional charge of €20 for check-in after 9:00 pm and €30 for check-in after midnight. Payment will be made through Airbnb, specifically through its Resolution Centre for processing.

The entire building has been completely renovated in 2019 to offer you all the comforts and the latest technology. This spacious and comfortable apartment, has a maximum capacity of 4 people and is located on the first floor of the building. It has air conditioning (hot / cold) and free high-speed WiFi connection. It has 1 double bedroom with a double bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. The living-dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed; as well as a second flat screen Smart TV. The kitchen is open to the living room, and has all the necessary utensils to store and prepare food. It has a fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave with grill, capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster; as well as a complete tableware with kitchenware, plates and cutlery. The apartment has a spacious bathroom with shower, hairdryer and personal hygiene amenities; as well as a washing machine with a dryer function to wash your clothes at any time of the year in a comfortable and fast way. The 3-storey building has a roof terrace with a common terrace. On this terrace open from 5th April to 2nd we have a jucuzzi-pool, a solarium area with sun loungers and outdoor furniture.
