Cottage by the Creek was exactly as described. It was so relaxing and peaceful. My absolute favorite place to be was the swing listening to the creek and sharing my time with the multiple ducks, geese, cardinals and other birds. We got lucky enough to see a turkey and a hummingbird. The distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect! I’m so hoping to be able to stay here again in the future.

Jadina was easy to work with. The place was clean and in a good location.

Jane was an amazing host—always available to answer any questions. The place is a complete package for families, with games, a media room, a pool—everything you could want. Most importantly, it’s very private yet located in an amazing area. The only improvement I would suggest is the pool temperature—it was a bit cold for us and the kids.

A few moms and daughters stayed here for a relaxing weekend. The view and area was breathtaking and the house was gorgeous with all the amenities you would need for a fun weekend. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!!

The house was great, but the views are 100% worth booking. The mountain views are amazing! The house was clean and spacious.

We had an amazing time at the Broadleaf’s Place. The view was stunning and the house had everything to make you feel at home. Our favorite spot were the balconies. Every balcony has amazing views. The Jacuzzi very spacious. the rooms very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen the coffee stations we give it a 10/10. we are coffee lovers. Highly recommended . We had the best Christmas time:

I been doing ABnB along time and this is by far the most beautiful place we have stayed we loved it we loved the personal pool the security taken to get into the pool to protect our kids we loved everything about the place it is by far a 10 star location

josh was a very respectful and responsive host I had no problems at the home everything was the way he said it was the washer and dryer is clean and works very well,I had hot water in both bathrooms, the beds were clean and made and it wasn't to far from Gatlinburg or pigeon forge and there is a lot of food choices in the area I am very happy withy stay I will definitely be renting from him again when I go to Tennessee

Beautiful cozy little cabin with amazing scenery! The beds were very comfy and bathrooms were very nice. Best feature of the whole place was the theater room, pictures don’t do it any justice, it’s huge!!! My family thoroughly enjoyed this place!

Was one of the rare cases where everything was undersold! The place was absolutely beautiful! Can't tell you how many times we reiterated how nice it was! They were very accommodating too! Cannot recommend this place enough!

The home was peaceful, clean, and truly relaxing — exactly what we needed. Waking up in the morning and enjoying the stunning view from the hot tub was unforgettable. Our daughter absolutely loved the farm animals, especially the cows, which made the experience even more special for her. One of our favorite parts was the unique outdoor grain bin setup — the perfect spot to unwind around the fire in the evening. It’s a great mix of rustic charm and comfort. This place is a hidden gem and an ideal retreat if you’re visiting the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg area. The hosts were absolutely amazing — friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the right touches. We can’t wait to come back!!

Our first time staying in that particular part of Tennessee, wasn’t sure about the area once arriving but it was great. Neighbors were never a bother, very peaceful & relaxing although we did not spend much time at the cabin itself.

This place was gorgeous. Very simple but beautiful. We spent 5 nights here. Very quiet and peaceful. Only recommendation is to maybe add curtains or blinds to the doors. You can see straight inside. Might make the place feel a little cozier too! Thank you for a great trip!

Just spent 6 days at Jason's place and it was absolutely beautiful and peaceful enjoyed the lake. Spent with my husband's family and brought the dogs who enjoyed swimming! Definitely wld come back.. He also was very responsive to any and all my questions ahead of time and during our stay.

One of the biggest highlights was the top-of-the-line golf simulator—an amazing bonus that kept everyone entertained for hours. Whether you’re a serious golfer or just looking to have fun, it’s a standout feature that truly sets this place apart. Every detail felt intentional—from the cozy furnishings and fully stocked kitchen to the stylish decor and comfortable beds. You can tell the hosts really put thought into creating a welcoming, luxurious experience. Highly recommend this spot for family gatherings, friend trips, or even just a weekend getaway. WOW! My family and I were so spoiled during this stay, I'm not sure we can stay anywhere else without comparing it to our time at the Thirsty Bear. We felt so at home in this beautiful little cabin. Before we even stepped in the home, we were met with the warmest of welcomes, and after entering we enjoyed exploring the home with all the iconic decorations. Every inch of the house was spotless and the hosts - Michelle and Tim - were so genuinely kind and thoughtful. With each and every detail, they made this cabin feel like home. We can't wait for our next stay! ❤

Had to make a last-minute trip to visit family, and this place ended up being perfect. Super pet-friendly, with a fully fenced backyard that felt safe and secure for our dogs to run around. The hot tub was a great bonus for relaxing. The location was also ideal, situated conveniently between Knoxville and Gatlinburg making it easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was everything depicted to be. The rooftop lounge area was simply amazing and where we spent most of our time. Host was proactive in their communications ensuring our questions were answered prior to asking them. Simple, easy to follow instructions the entire stay, from check in to check out. Great home, great host, will certainly recommend!

Awesome house! Plenty of room for 12. Everything was very clean and the design and setup of the place was perfect for a bachelor trip. Lots of things to do at the house so didn’t feel like we had to always leave and go find something to do! Would definitely recommend
