Our private and cozy little log house with a sauna is located in the middle of Setomaa's fields and beautiful nature. There are rich mushrooms in the vicinity of the holiday home, and the longest Võhandu River in Estonia looks. The joy of discovery around here is sure to offer the culture of Seto and the beautiful Räpina Manor Park, full of excitement. Enjoy a romantic evening with a companion, or escape the noise of the city to be in peace and quiet. At the same time, it's possible to have a nice gathering with good music without disturbing others.

At the end of Estonia, Kossa fence runs in a different way and peace, and the silence takes another dimension. There's nowhere else to go - 800 meters to Lake Pabra, and there's already Russia on the other side of the lake. You can see moose, wild boars, foxes, and border guards or you're all on your own. At night, with clear skies, the Milky Way gets so close that you feel like a part of it and can hear your own heart beats. Winters are snowy and cold-but the house is warm. Enjoy a relaxing vacation on Värska Lae, with a beautiful view of Lämmijärvi! Located on the beach of Värska Sanatorium, the raft sauna offers a nice sauna experience with overnight accommodation right next to the water. A barbeque lot near the beach, where you can dine comfortably. It is possible to play disc golf and volleyball to furnish leisure, there is a playground for the enjoyment of the children. There is a cafe operating on the beach where you can rent sup boards, water bikes and paddle boats. Bicycles and disc golf discs possible nearby.

Willow House homestay in Setomaa

Paju Maja offers a simple rustic homestay in a small house with two rooms and a kitchenette (35m2). The house has an air source heat pump that can heat / cool the rooms. The washing facility is only in the sauna. Clean drinking water is provided in the house with a canister. The dry toilet (toilet) is located in the backyard (in the windshield of the other house). The house has a TV, dvd player, small electric stove, microwave, kettle and fridge (freezer). It is possible to grill and have a campfire in the backyard. Pets are allowed.

Cozy cabin in the nature of Setomaa

The Luha farm guesthouse is located in a pristine and clean Setomaa nature. A cozy and stylish cabin is suitable for getting away from it all, or for focused work. The cabin has electricity, a double bed, a table and a radiator for the cooler weather. Right now you can wash up in the sauna and swim in the pond. The ventilated dry toilet is located in the yard. This is a good place to stay for a visitor or a hiker in Setomaa or the area. It is possible to add a toddler bed.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.
