In addition to the great comfort and privacy the house offers, guests have at their disposal: - Jacuzzi on the terrace that is heated all year round up to 40 degrees - fireplace - home theater - Netfix - Nespresso coffee machine - electric grill - spacious courtyard - private parking For the youngest, we have prepared a crib and a baby feeder, as well as a sled for children during the winter season

Zaovine 27 is a holiday house of 91 m2, completely renovated in 2024 perfect for 2 families. It has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 larger room with 4 single beds), bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside are large terrace and specious back yard. It is located in a quiet part of the village within 1,6km walking distance from Zaovine lake ideal for swimming and fishing. House is surrounded with numerous hiking and biking trails. Two MTB are free for guests to use.

Our cabin is designed for nature lovers and those looking for a unique, off-the-beaten-path experience, so there are a few specific things to know about using the appliances and living in a self-sustainable home. The road to the cabin is fully paved, but the final stretch includes a steeper incline and a few sharper turns because you climb almost to the top of the Tornik peak :)
