We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

We have just returned from a family holiday and it was amazing. Our host was communicating with us before our arrival. The information provide was clear and there were no issues. The villa is beautiful. Such wonderful views and exactly like the photos (if not better) large supermarkets require a car or tax however there are local shops to get basics. Beach is a 5 min walk and local restaurants and bars are also a short distance! Lovely area, not crowded and overbearing! Just lovely. Sunsets from the villa were sensational too! We traveled with young boys, 4 years old and a neatly 70 Year old grandparent. We found no struggle!! We are already looking at dates for next year! Beautiful.

wir waren 16 Tage dort. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Tolles Haus. Nina ist eine super Gastgeberin, sofort zur Stelle, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wer, wie ich, leider auch im Urlaub arbeiten muss, sollte wissen, dass auf der Dachterrasse und im 1.OG das WLAN etwas holprig ist. Aber das hat dem Urlaub keinen Abbruch getan.

Beautiful villa 10min walk from a small town with everything you need. 15mins drive from Santanyí if you want a bigger town. The villa has lots of fun amenities to take advantage of and everything was clean and perfectly set out for us including a welcome basket with wine when we checked in! Anabel was also super responsive and helpful with whatever we needed.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa. The view was breathtaking from the outdoor areas and we enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The style of the villa and the space was great. Laura communicated with us before and during our stay to make sure all was well. The extra touches of wine in fridge, bakery delivery on last day etc. was unexpected and much appreciated. Overall we loved our stay, thank you Laura.

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

We booked the place for a girls trip for 4 people of and it was perfect! Spacious with beautifully designed rooms and decor. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated the details of the house. To be honest, it looks way better than the photos and that’s a bonus. It was equipped with necessary amenities and having a private garage was ideal for us. We did not meat Catalina but Lluis responded to any questions we had via text.

Ein absoluter Traum direkt am Meer! Das Haus war einfach perfekt – mit einem atemberaubenden Blick direkt aufs Meer, den wir jeden Morgen und Abend von der Terrasse genossen haben. Drei Schlafzimmer, das Wohnzimmer und die Küche haben ebenfalls Meerblick. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles war super sauber, hochwertig und durchdacht eingerichtet. Einmalig ist auch die Höhle im Keller, die zu einem direkten Zugang zum Meer führt. Von dort sind wir einige Male mit dem Kanu oder Stand Up Paddel (welche von Roman kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden!) raus aufs Meer. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Roman als Gastgeber: extrem hilfsbereit, herzlich und mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants und Ausflügen, die unseren Aufenthalt wirklich bereichert haben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad! Het huis is prachtig en alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt zijn er. Bij aankomst was er heel attend wat boodschappen neergezet zodat je niet gelijk naar de winkel moest. Het huis is met veel aandacht ingericht op elk hoekje vind je bijzondere accessoires, meubels of kunst. Het was heel leuk om dat allemaal te ontdekken! De host is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en reageert gelijk. We zullen zeker terug komen!

Das Haus liegt abgelegen an einem Hang mit grandioser Aussicht in Richtung Meer. Von der Gastgeberin wurden wir freundlich empfangen und in der großen Küche fanden wir einen Korb mit frischem Obst und Gemüse - ein toller Start in den Urlaub. Obwohl es die Bilder im Inserat nicht zeigen, besitzt das Haus eine private Zufahrt und ist weit weg von anderen Häusern. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Das Pool war sehr gepflegt und bat ausreichend Platz für Spiel und Spaß mit unserem Sohn. Da die Fenster keine Fensterläden besitzen, kann es in den oberen Räumen heiß werden - eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Wir hatten Glück, dass am Abend und nachts ein schwacher Wind wehte, sodass wir bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen konnten. Alles in Allem eine tollen Unterkunft. Wir kommen gern wieder. Alles

Wir (Familie mit einem Kleinkind) haben spontan gebucht und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt! Wir wollten außerhalb vom Trubel sein und mit dem Auto die Gegend erkunden. Dazu uns ausruhen und daheim kochen und die Zeit am Pool verbringen. Hat alles toll geklappt! Natürlich ist es im Mai noch nicht so heiß, das wussten wir aber. Der beheizte Pool machte es dennoch möglich. Toll!

Nos encantó la estancia en casa de Ximena. Está muy bien ubicada en Porto Cristo, a un paso de la playa, y también se puede ir andando a la parada del autobús que viene directo desde el aeropuerto. La casa es muy amplia, y hemos estado muy cómodos. El patio es un plus. Ximena ha estado en todo momento disponible para resolver cualquier duda.

Die Villa war sehr schön, der Pool war auch gepflegt. Der Gastgeber war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen auch als Familie 👍

This beautiful Spanish villa was absolutely perfect for our girls trip. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Santanyí so easy walking distance from all the restaurants, town centre and market stalls right outside the house on Wednesday / Saturday! Also a great place to explore the southern beaches. The villa has everything you need, stunning decor and architectural touches. Having a local mallorcan wine on one of the (3!!) terraces was bliss. Would recommend again and again

The location was fantastic, right on the water away from busy touristy places. We swam every morning right from the house, and there were nice little beaches and restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful house, everything we needed was there. Nice linens, nice beds, nice bathroom, kitchen fully equipped. Good parking for rental and guest car; neighbors quiet and nice. Michele is a very nice guy; very friendly and met us and answered all our questions and showed us how everything worked. When we had questions during our stay he always responded right away. He was very flexible out our arrival and departure times. We would definitely stay at Michele's again and recommend it to family and friends.

Victoria was a spectacular host! Any questions or concerns we had was promptly handled. She made sure we were happy all throughout our stay! Would highly recommend booking with her and staying at this beautiful house! There were plenty games and activities at the house to keep our group busy + entertained.

Our stay in Mallorca was nothing short of perfect. The home is beautifully decorated with impeccable taste, every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The outdoor space was a true highlight, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. We felt completely at ease and at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a beautifully curated setting.

La finca was exactly what we all hoped it would be. Secluded. Quiet. Gorgeous view. Not too far from beaches. We enjoyed the spectacular view, swam in the pool, booked on the BBQ, and quieted our minds away from any sort of busyness. Reached most beaches and markets we wanted to see in about 30-45 mins. Some as close as 15 away. And always a beautiful drive.

Nous avons passés de très belles vacances à Cala Mendia. Beaucoup de jolie criques à proximité, notre préférée est celle d Esmeralda ♥️ La piscine est top et permet aux enfants de varier les plaisirs ainsi que la terrasse extérieur qui est bien agréable. La Clim dans les chambres est un plus. Merci pour tout Laurence & Benoit

Tolle Unterkunft, die Lage und vor allem die Terrasse waren perfekt! Die Küche war toll ausgestattet, sehr viel Geschirr und auch der Geschirrspüler war ein Traum! Einziger Makel war das doch recht unbequeme und schmale Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer. Ansonsten alles top!

The house is fantastic. It’s more beautiful than the pictures. We had a lovely stay and would love to come back. The property is secluded and offers beautiful private surroundings. It’s very clean. Great for a bigger group.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaft schönen Finca! Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der große Pool und der Grillplatz – perfekt für entspannte Tage und gemütliche Abende. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei Fragen oder kleineren Problemen sofort persönlich geholfen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir können diese Finca absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
