Apartamento tipo dúplex totalmente reformado y equipado en 2021, situado en La Savina en zona residencial, a 5 min del puerto. Consta de dos plantas; en la primera planta, a pie de calle, hay 2 habitaciones, una con cama de matrimonio y la otra con dos camas individuales, 2 baños completos, cocina abierta, salón y gran terraza exterior con minipiscina 2x2. En la planta sótano hay un gimnasio y el acceso directo a la plaza de parking. AACC en todas las estancias, WIFI por fibra óptica, smart TV y cocina equipada. La cocina está equipada con placa de inducción, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, nevera, lavadora/secadora, cafetera Nespresso, exprimidor, tostadora y menaje completo de cocina. Se provee de toalla de baño grande y pequeña, y toalla de playa para cada huésped. La terraza exterior consta de una zona de estar, zona de comedor, 2 tumbonas y zona de piscina. Plaza de parking en el edificio conectado con el apartamento.
