Joselu gave us the best food experience we've had on our trip thus far! He was super communicative, flexible, and offers so many options to choose from for each course. He came to our place and set up a beautiful table and he had all of his equipment with him. The attention to detail was flawless! The show cooking was especially fun to see and the paella - along with every single item on the menu - was delicious!! If you're looking to book anything with a private chef, Joselu is the one!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Chef Joselu, who cooked for us at our finca. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and the whole evening felt very special. Joselu also took care of setting the table, which made everything feel even more thoughtful and relaxed for us. Even though the stove in our finca was not working, he handled the situation very professionally and improvised without any problem.
