The inspiration for this scalp care head spa came from the scalp condition of a foreign customer who visited the salon.They had problems that were clearly different from those of Japanese people, such as inflammation, dryness and excessive sebum imbalance.While looking for the cause, I focused on the 'difference in water'.Many overseas countries have hard water, Japan has soft water.The difference in water quality greatly affects foaming and cleaning power. Hard water makes it difficult to foam and does not remove dirt, while soft water tends to foam too much and remove too much sebum. We compared and verified the 'relationship between water and the scalp environment' and thoroughly researched the balance between cleansing and moisturising power.Furthermore, based on scalp diagnosis, we have developed a treatment process and dedicated care products tailored to individual conditions.As a result, we have developed a method that leads to an ideal scalp environment, neither over-washed nor under-washed.
