Our cooking class with Chef Enrico was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. His creativity, professionalism, and passion for Italian cuisine made this one of the highlights of my time in Tuscany. What impressed me most was how incredibly resourceful and talented he was with the available appliances and kitchen setup. Chef Enrico demonstrated that true culinary skill is not about having a perfect commercial kitchen, but about creativity, technique, and passion. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of authentic flavor. The class was engaging, relaxed, and educational, and Chef Enrico made the entire experience feel both personal and special. I would gladly give 5 stars for his creativity alone and another 5 stars for each of the five dishes we prepared together every single one was outstanding. If you have the opportunity to cook with Chef Enrico, do not hesitate. It was an unforgettable experience and a wonderful memory from my stay in Italy.

We were very lucky to book Enrico for a private dinner in Tuscany on the occasion of a 30th birthday – and it was an all-round exceptional experience. Even the communication in the lead-up was excellent: fast, friendly and reliable. The menu selection was so varied that we even found it difficult to decide. On the evening itself, Enrico was punctual, warm, and noticeably passionate about what he was doing. The food was very good – authentic Tuscan cuisine of a high standard. The 4-course menu I booked was even turned into a 6-course experience with a greeting from the kitchen and a pré-dessert. Particularly nice: with each course a brief explanation of the dish's origin or concept. Enrico was also very flexible with the process and left the kitchen cleaner at the end than it was before our arrival. Highly recommended from the bottom of our hearts – we would book him again at any time!
