This service focuses on common areas of tension & overuse in runners and athletes. Techniques may include stretching, deep tissue, myofascial release, muscle stripping, & Shockwave Therapy. The the primary emphasis of this session is best suited to those with one primary issues. If you have more that one area of concern, consider of of my longer sessions (90 mins or 2 hrs.).

(90 min) A more thorough session that allows time to address multiple areas while still providing focused, detailed work. Ideal for those with widespread tension or chronic discomfort, this treatment promotes overall balance, deeper muscle release, and improved circulation.

Our 90-minute session offers a more full-body approach while still focusing on the legs and glutes to address common areas of tension and overuse in runners. In addition to targeted lower-body work, we may incorporate stretching, myofascial release, muscle stripping, Shockwave Therapy, and cold or heat therapy to support recovery in the legs and other areas of the body.

(2 hr.) This extended session targets chronic tension and the deeper layers of muscle to relieve pain, improve mobility, and enhance recovery. Using firm, focused pressure and advanced techniques, the treatment addresses problem areas and breaks down adhesions. May include stretching and the use of specialized tools such as Shockwave Therapy for optimal results.
