We traveled to France to celebrate an important milestone, originally booked dinner in Le Jules Verne on the Eiffel Tower last week, but it was unfortunately cancelled due to the extreme heat in Paris. We are very pleased to have found a better way to celebrate. Alexis was kind, thoughtful and communicative prior to dinner. We booked the Chef’s experience and the attention to detail shows greatly in his effort with the presentation. We were so impressed with his work that we booked him for another night for the Grill Experience the next day. Both nights were so pleasant and it has make our memories here so much more special. Thanks Alexis for a wonderful time and delicious food!

The Chef is very caring from the moment you apply for the experience! He creates a menu with you and even caters towards allergies and diets. We had a 5 course meal and every single thing was delicious. He does like to arrive 2 hours earlier than the time you book, so please account for that. He also needs fridge and freezer space for the food before it is cooked, so also be aware of that. But none of that stopped us from having one of my favorite experiences in Nice so far. He sets the table, keeps the bread coming, makes every dish look like ART, and made everything to perfection. 100 percent worth every penny and will be booking every time I am back in Nice.
