After an exfoliation, a draining and moisturising mask will be applied to the face. While the mask takes effect, you will receive a massage from me using lymphatic drainage techniques for your legs and decontracting techniques for your back, neck and shoulders. The treatment concludes with a specialised facial massage to leave the skin looking fresh and rejuvenated.

Hot stone technique, which uses heated volcanic stones placed on specific points and applied during the massage to release muscle tension, reduce stress and improve blood circulation, plus 20 minutes of foot reflexology, an ancient diagnostic and therapeutic technique based on treating the sole of the foot (massage, pressure, manipulation) at specific reflex points corresponding to particular organs, thereby providing a truly holistic therapy.
