This guided meditation session features a sound journey with Tibetan singing bowls, drums and chimes. It concludes with a gentle wake-up and a comforting herbal tea.

The Sound Mandala Immerse yourself in a unique vibrational journey, guided by the deep, enveloping sounds of Tibetan singing bowls. A sound mandala is a powerful energy treatment that uses the sacred arrangement of singing bowls and their vibration to realign your chakras, release tension, and bring your whole being into harmony. Sounds have a profound effect: on the body, the mind, emotions… They soothe, refocus and awaken vital energy. Please wear comfortable clothing; the experience will take place on a futon.

Our body is 75% water, and it is water, along with all the information it carries, that we target during this massage, which is performed using the sound and vibrations of singing bowls.  Each bowl, based on its note, corresponds to a chakra. With one bowl per chakra, the aim is to re-energise the body and mind, while cleansing away what no longer needs to exist.  Finally, the bowls resonate at a frequency that allows for deep mental relaxation, which is very soothing for our overloaded minds!
