Luxe Dinner Buffet

$152 AUD per guest
Groups of 25 or more can dine on a full buffet with hot and cold salads, 2 protein options (e.g. Pan-Seared Salmon, Tiger Shrimp, Chicken Breast, Braised Beef short ribs, or Lamb Chops) and hot sides (e.g. Whipped Garlic Potatoes, Wild Mushroom Orzo) . Group sizes of 10-25 enjoy sides and salads served family-style, with a choice of a plated protein for each guest (up to 2 protein options). On-site preparation, service, cutlery, napkins, and full cleanup are included.
